We followed this as breaking news all yesterday morning. Today, German Authorities say at least 10 people commuter trains collided. Investigators say the track where the crash happened had a slight curve, so it appears the drivers of the two train couldnt see each other. They are also looking at possible human, technical, and infrastructure error that could have caused the crash. This all happened in southern germany near the town of bad aibling. Investigators said the trains drilled each other. They were traveling at about 60 miles per hour. A sexdiscrimation lawsuit against a local shipyard is taking a big step foward this morning.
