"killing women more than all forms of cancer combined." the association is asking everyone, especially women, to take the time and get checked out. health experts say women often put themselves last. happening today, a military court hearing is scheduled for norfolk sailor already sentenced in a austin greening is on the docket for an article 32 hearing, which is very similar to a preliminary hearing. in march of 20-13 investigators say he shot and killed 22-year-old kristopher klubert. greening ended up serving six months in prison for manslaughter. according to testimony in court, the two were drinking beer and loading and unloading guns when one went off, killing klubert. greening said the deh was an accident. prosecutors argued it was deliberate over a gambling debt. today a man suspected of two crimes on the same road in virginia beach is expected in court. the suspect old 10 on your side, he's innocent! from the beginning. prosecutors say the pair planned to take nicole, thinking she was going out on a date, and cut her throat. the judge denied bond for accessory charges and helping to hide nicole's body. eisenhaur is charged with abduction and murder. meanwhile in blacksburg, nicole lovell's family said their last goodbyes. hundreds of people gathered at a church for her funeral yesterday. at least a dozen police cars escorted her body from the funeral home to her final resting spot. loved ones gathered last night to remember the g boy killed in a car crash this week in norfolk. they held a vigil for school in moyock, north carolina. family, friends and teachers prayed, sang songs, lit candles and released balloons in his memory. his grandmother tells 10 on your side that lucas' death is hard to deal grandmother 01:15:29 "he was the sweetest, most lovingest child that you could ask for. he did not have a mean-spirited bone in his body anywhere." 01:19:48 "it is unfair, there's never gonna be any type of justice and we can't talk about that." lucas' mother and friend were also hurt in that crash - after a pick-up truck slammed into their mini van. the truck driver and his flint, michigan. the newport news sheriff's office will be accepting water donations today and tomorrow. you can drop off bottled water at the justice building across from city hall from 8:00 this moring until 4:00 this afternoon. on saturday, new beech grove baptist on tabbs lane will collect water between 9:00 a-m and 5:00 p-m. the sheriff's office says catholic charities in flint will police are saying why three teens allegey suspects confronted a low- level drug dealer about a debt he owed to their mother. then they say the teens shot the drug dealer and killed two other people. fight against heart disease. even newborns are joining in. they will be donning red hats at bon secours depaul medical center later today in norfolk. this day is especially important for women. just
