look at the roads. in fact, captain rice said it's becoming a busy morning with state highways. schools are either delaying the start of classes or canceling them all together. let's go ahead and give you a look right now at our outside camera of i-95. of course, this is the main artery up and down coastal georgia. and the big concern here will be ice, which we're told has already started to form on bridges and overpasses. let's talk about the numbers. nearly 250 crew members and 13 trucks began treating roads last night with sand and brian to keep the anticipated ice from sticking, but the that south korea said they want the high-level talks with north korea and they want them to take place next week. the north has responded and it appears to be a step in the an easing. it actually exists. it's set up in a border area call called panmunjom. but north korea shut down that hotline two years ago. in recent weeks president moon jae-in has offered to come forward and talk with north korea. now, that contradicts the latest stance on the trump administration which has said talks could only occur if north korea ends its nuclear program. mr. moon has further annoyed the u.s. by saying he could basically veto any military action that might take place on the korean peninsula. while all of this is happening, u.s. intelligence has detected signs that north korea may be ready to test another intercontinental ballistic missile. if they do go through with that, it could happen inus jeff? ⌞> thank you very much. the hotline was reopened a few hours after president trump lashed think we need a band-aid and we don't think we need to smile and take a picture. >> the president's other advisers hav cautious approach. secretary of state rex tillerson has even suggested the support president trump. mr. trump's no fan of mitt romney and urged mr. hatch to stay in the senate for an eighth firm. >> you are a true fighter. >> reporter: trump once had respect for romney and even considered him as secretary of state even though romney critiqued him. but the relationship has been a rocky one. >> and i said, mitt cannot run. he chokes like a dog. >> in august romney urged the president to apologize for his response to the deadly charlottesville protest. >> i think there's blame on both sides. >> romney wrote on facebook mr. trump's words caused racists to rejoice, minorities to weep, a the vast heart of america to mourn. romney congratulated hatch yesterday on his 40-plus years in the senate saying senator hatch has represented the interests of utah with
