>> i was like, somebody call 9- 1-1. >> reporter: and that's when kent calls first responders. a two-alarm fire started around 8:30 this morning. because of these two. >> i saw them hanging off the balcony. she is like, catch my daughter. >> did you grab the baby from the guy? >> yeah, so we could get them out. >> reporter: 11 apartments are impacted and medics rushed two people to the hospital. while the fire wreaked havoc, a family is safe tonight. what did it feel like when you had the baby in your arms?
