any way to establish some form of communication. as you look along the sidewalk, you will see additional neighbors looking on. some neighbors have not been able to get back to their house. police are working to keep them safe as well. this is 36th. across from me over on 35th is blocked off as well where they have used a fire ladder to establish a better visual of the apartment where the suspect is confined. this is obviously a very active scene, we will stay on it for you. update you on our website and our 11:00 news, live in northeast, i'm matt yurus, wusa9. >> thank you so much matt. you can follow the latest on this breaking news, just download our wusa9 app. unbelievable video from a mansion fire in virginia this morning. firefighters arrived at the home on turkey run road around 8:30. smoke alarms sounded and the family living there was able to escape that fire unharmed. our partners at the washington post were at the home. they say that home is owned by the embassy of the united emirates. the cause of the fire is under investigation. a woman under arrest tonight in connection with a stabbing death of her boyfriend. 41-year-old melba williams fatally stabbed roger allen at her house in district heights maryland. the 45-year-old was taken to the hospital where he later died. tonight, william has been charged with first and second degree murder as well as assault. a judge has denied bond in the case. a woman is dead after two motorcycles crashed into each other at 2:00 a.m. this morning in woodbridge washington. they were both driving southbound. the first motorcycle put on the brakes to turn onto meadow brook drive. the second motorcycle was unable to stop before the two collided. that female motorcyclist died. the other motorcyclist is influence. and other charges are pending too. a man is dead tonight after being thrown from a car and this happened in the 6200 block of princeway in centerville. police say 29-year-old david visquentes was working on a car. he asked an eight-year-old to stop it up. it went forward. he was thrown from the car and he hit the ground. he died at the scene. the car same to a stop after crashing into a townhouse across the street. take a look. dc police want your help in locating this missing man. 22-year-old alec bonowitz was last seen thursday morning in southeast at fifth and k streets. he is five feet 11 inches tall. and weighs about 125 pounds. he was last seen wearing an olive green jacket. black nike sneakers and carrying anyone with information should contact dc police. president trump returning to a familiar role of campaigner in chief. he is speaking at a rally in florida. a huge crowd as far as the eye can see to welcome him. >> reporter: they stood under the hot florida sun and waited for hours. thousands of president trump's supporters turned out for a campaign style rally with the man they already voted into the white house. >> he made all these promises to us. >> reporter: this is not the first time the president has rallied here at the airport. thousands of supporters also showed up in september in a county and state that helped him secure the presidency. >> this is my 14th rally. i have been to rallies. >> why so many?
