Officials say the power system sensed an abnormality and shut down by design. There was another system that they were ready to reboot just about when the system came up. Three high schoolboys charged with child pornography were back in class today at West Springfield high school and some students and parents are not happy about that. Three teenage boys, two 16year olds and a 15yearold, all sophomores, are charged with child pornography accused of making sex tapes of underage girls and then sharing that video. A short time ago we spoke to two girls who know these boys and they had just talked to them and came over to us seeking us out to speak out for the boys. They really regret it and theyre really sorry about it, but theyve also like i feel like its been blown up a little bit. Reporter the three boys are 10th graders. Two of them are accomplished athletes who according to several sources had the talent to play at a division 1 school. Now the three of them are each charged with child pornography. On january 11th we arrested three West SpringfieldHigh School Students all three. S, two are 16, one 15 all three boys, two are 16, one 15. I have a sexual theyll have the sexual offender on them all their lives. Reporter Police Called the six females in the case victims, but some students believe there must have been some culpability. They knew how much they were drinking. They knew they were going to get drunk. There have been allegations that these girls were drunk, that the boys got them drunk and that they had passed out. I assume if that were the case, there might be rape charges as well. Things are being said by other sources. I cant confirm that. Reporter police have not charged the victims with any crime and most students we talked to have sympathy only for the girls, not the boys. Im disappointed someone in your school would do that because you need to represent your school and be a good example to others. I think they just let down everyone who goes here. If they were 18 or reporter were told that the six victims, the girls in the case, attend several schools including West Springfield. The investigation is ongoing. There may be more charges. Arlington county police are looking for four men after a smash and grab Jewelry Store robbery today. This is some Surveillance Video from the zales at Pentagon City mall from 11 a. M. Hes charged with killing chad thefield and chris kyle at a shooting littlefield and chris kyle at a shooting range. The shooting happened saturday at a sprawling gun range outside fort worth. Police say routh shot the men multiple times with a semiautomatic gun. He was arrested on a texas highway a short time later. Rouths neighbors say they cant understand how the iraq veteran who received 10 medals and honored for good conduct and humanitarian work could be facing a capital murder charge. Right now safety investigators are trying to find the cause of a deadly tour bus crash in Southern California. At least eight people were killed and another 40 others injured.
