charlestown. if you look carefully, you see the gradations of the white and the red. the little stronger or heavier the snowfalls such as it is. we zoom into fredricks. also crestwood boulevard. a little bit of light snow and they have any where from an inch to an inch and a half on the ground. okay we do still have winter weather advisory. part of the montgomery county and west of louden county overnight. we're going to switch gears. we're going to talk about another storm, a coastal storm that has the potential for friday night into saturday. winter storm watches for southern maryland, the northern neck and mar. we're going to get a better idea of where the storm will be. midnight tonight, snow across the metro area. temperatures below freezing north of town. by 2:00, still some snow here and there not so much south. more to the north, dc north. we get to the 4:00 hour it's gone. temperatures will be below freezing. only 38 in fredrick. the big problem in fredrick will be not so much the roads but your driveways, and your sidewalks. because they've not been treated so i would be careful watching your children to school tomorrow. temperatures still only in the 20s. we go to the 9:00 hour, temperatures still upper 20s in fredricks. i'm going to come back and show you this map, we're going to talk about the possibility of how much snow is going to fall on bryant with what you should expect. >> if you're going to work wondering how early should i go to bed so i can be on time. you may want to add 30 minutes to your drive time. 270 has already been pretreated. now they will be going out about 30 to 45 minutes after we see the snow end in the morning. it is going timing for them because they're hoping to get out on the roads before real rush hour kicks in about 5:00, 6:00 in the morning. we know that our bridges and overpasses will be the first to freeze. the american bridge is also a focus for mdot. mdc bridges are going to be key as well. vdot, they've been watching this closely. they've talked about how calm it's been for the last month. they've already pretreated 95 northbound. we know those typical delays will probably be there in at 4:00 a.m. with all you need to know before you get out the door. to prince george's county where two liquor store owners and two officials at the county liquor board have been chargeed in a bribery case. investigators say more arrests could be coming. the liquor board officials who have been charged commissioner, david sun.  this is all cash bribes in return for help getting liquor licenses. tonight we want to talk about the darker side of social media. we start in chicago where these four people, two men and two women that you will see on the screen are charged with torturing a disabled man and then rest amedit live. the young man was forced to drink from a toilet he was also being beat and choked and cut and cursed. all while his attackers streamed it live on facebook. one of the women can be heard complaining about her light. tonight those four people are charged with hate crimes. the suspects victim is white. now what may be even more horrifying, is that people actually watched this. streamed live on tuesday and they weighed in on social media. someone said y'all can't be this stupid, and another said, going to jail, and one day to hell. >> here in montgomery county, five people are in custody charge with the murder of a new jersey man. a horrific crime that seemed to start on facebook. allyson barber with more. >> reporter: police say the suspects lured their victims to this wooded area killed him and then buried him in a ashallow grave. on november 12, hikers stumbled on a body buried in these woods. detectives didn't know who it was. all they knew is it was a man, wearing this red bright shirt and dark shoes like these. they released pictures of the clothes a detective found all the way from new jersey. the mejia. his mom reported him missing after he left his home in new jersey to come to maryland to meet a girl but the girl didn't exist. this man, moreno from west new york new jersey told police he had his 16-year-old girlfriend jaq ueline esp era nza make a fake facebook account and ask mejia to come meet her. according to court documents, the other girl told police moreno the victim and jose israel melendez rivera went into the woods together but only some came out. at some point an unnamed witness came into the picture, that person allegedly knew details of the crime not known to the public. and told police the one of the most violent gangs in the u.s. >> they're involved in lots of different types of criminal activity. drug trafficking, robbery, human trafficking. >> reporter: davie boright is in charge of the gang unit. >> this is probably the most violent gang that i've seen in the dc area. >> reporter: now police have not publicly identified a motive in this case. but some information in these charging documents connect one suspect to the victim through an old girlfriend. reporting live i'm alysson barber. >> brutal and senseless crime. two defendants appeared before a judge today and charged with no bond. putting together this demonstration. >> it started because a woman in hawaii invited40 of her friends. and she woke up 150 people saying they wanted to travel to washington. our rights, our women rights. we want to make sure that the marginalized communities know their voices are being centered in this convening. that the women's march on washington is about them. >> reporter: before a few hundred thousand people march around the national mall, a few people have to put this thing together. >> it definitely is a big task. to put together something of this magnitude in a very short time. >> reporter: say they've secured permitting but they're still working on permitting to allow demonstrators on federal land like the national mall. some soon to be marchers are all over facebook. shields wrote she just got her bus ticket. can't wait to march. sandra beachy adds that she is eager to vote with her feet and her son will be her escort at the march. david avalon claims, airline 2-inches in fredrick. i have a question but i think it's too far west. let me show you another model same time period. it's a little more reasonable i think. we'll take you in from saturday, midnight sunday midnight. you still see about 4-inches to 5-inches across southern maryland into del mar. and maybe an inch downtown. you folks didn't see much tonight. a patient may have your rewards as you get into friday night late and into saturday afternoon. for the rest of us, tomorrow morning. no problems, skies return clear. 32 downtown and 29 in leesburg. temps are not going to move much tomorrow. by 9:00, partly cloudy skies. so, low 30s to start downtown. it's only 34 at 5:00. temps aren't going to move much at all. snow south and east. 39. notice it's below freezing and sunday sunshine and still well below freezing and 27 on sunday. next seven days. should make it to freezing on monday then warmer air comes in. maybe a brief mix of rain on tuesday. not super concerned about in fact, atlanta georgia under a winter storm warning. >> as it goes, if things get bad in atlanta it will affect things all over the world. >> duffey, we've been reading a little bit of what's going to happen in atlanta. two to 3-inches and the state has prompted people to prepare to stay inside for up to three days. >> the governor is issue a warning tomorrow. all of this in response to what we all heard aboutsnowmageddon because the storm came when everybody was going home from work, home from school. nobody could get off the roads. we've been prepped for this. i'm looking at what is called the downtown connector. this goes straight through atlanta. tonight we've seen numerous trucks. these will be the georgia d.o.t. trucks that are putting down brine to prevent any freezing if and when that snow comes. we do expect that snow to come. we also heard from many counties today who have already gassed up their trucks. they've got plows, they've got sand and salt ready to go. everyone is being told to stay home. this is good timing. we basically won't have anyone out on the roads for the weekend. so stay inside. >> duffey are you ready at the airport. do you have all the equipment you
