discovered on a computer top clinton aide, huma abedin shared with her now estranged husband, anthony weiner. it comes as the fbi investigates anthony weiner for sectioning with a minor. >> they are scrambling to bring maybe bringing in additional people, depending on volume to look at what they have taken and compare it to what they already have. what do we know already, and how much is new? >> reporter: on the campaign trail today, donald trump tried to use the fbi's renewed interest in clinton to prosecute him herself. >> the investigation is the biggest political scandal since watergate. have arrested a man who assaulted his customer. >> wusa 9's ellison barber is live in college park with more on this story. ellison? >> reporter: not only do they say the driver assaulted his customer, they also say he kidnapped her. >> reporter: last police say this man, 29-year- old westagoni pierre picked up a woman through the uber app in dc. according to the charging documents, the woman and her friend were at a bar, and she experienced an alcoholic blackout. pierre was the driver of the uber. he picked the victim up in dc. the friend entered the address in the app, and pierre drove her to her home in fairfax, virginia. instead of dropping her off, he pierre, the documents say left the victim in his car and checked into this budget inn, and then he walked back to his car. according to charging documents, surveillance video shows the defendant pull the victim out of the backseat, and the defendant then lifts the victim into the air and p wraps his arms around her so her feet are not touching the ground, and police say pierre carried the motionless victim to room 109. police say both were in the room for a period of time, and then pierre left the victim at nearby 7-eleven, where he used her credit card and spent $14, and sources say when the victim woke up, she immediately called police, and shortly after, uber says she contacted them. >> that's really unfortunate, and i'm so sad to hear someone did that to her. >> reporter: kayla clark says she takes uber all the time. >> it's the same risk as a taxi. you no idea who you are getting in the car with. they made the right call. they should be able to get home safely, especially when you're danger, and you should feel safe yourself, and i just think uber should definitely, you know, step things up so this doesn't happen again. >> reporter: and uber says pierre began working with them back in april and passed the background check. a spokesperson says he has been banned from driving with the company, and they turned over gps information to the police. reporting live in college park, i'm >> scary situation, ellison, thank you. a coffee shop in arlington has been raided by police. the owner are facing a conspiracy of stealing credit card information. mola lenghi spoke to surprised customers. a popular coffee shop was raided after owners were linked to what police are describing as a large-scale credit card fraud operation. >> this is kind of the place would come down, and you would see people having meetings in here and grabbing a coffee in the morning,. >> reporter: but not today. rovlin's cafe's regular customers were greated with unexpected closed signs after the shop was rated by authorities. the owners are accused of cloning credit cards and then using those clones to buy and redeem hundreds of thousands of dollars in gift cards, and surprised customers were left wondering if their credit cards were compromised. >> there's that trust whenever yo business, and i was really surprised, and it's not necessarily the vibe you get from that place. it's really professional, and it's probably the best coffee in the area. >> reporter: the nearly year- long police lauderdale, florida, no passengers heard, but a lot of packages. the fedex plane caught on fire as the landing crew collapsed. the cockpit crew was not injured, and there was extensive damage on wing. the ntsb as they look at the plane that had a rough landing carrying mike pence it fish tailed and skidded off the roadway, and no one was hurt. pence is back on the trail, just with a different plane. a couple, their son, and a house keeper were killed in a house, and now there's dna evidence linking the murders to murders. it happened in may 2015. a judge today said the trial would not be held until some time in 2018 because of the massive amounts of forensic testing still to be done, and the suspect has pled not guilty. harold martin will not get out of jail any time soon. he's with the national security agency, accused of stealing top including the names of government spies, and today martin asked a federal judge in baltimore to let him out on bond, and the judge said well, license. >> and hoping you don't run into her. >> reporter: candace montgomery is a maryland realtor whose most recent offense happened to be caught on camera by our colleague photo journalist kirk brooks. >> i have my camera in my hand, go wham! >> reporter: kirk brooks could not believe that the driver who had just backed into a parked car was trying to leave the scene. >> i said you hit that car. you need to stop! >> reporter: what happens next is just as shocking. >> she hopped out of the car, came right up to me, me to you and said what do you care? is that your car? >> what 24-year-old candace montgomery didn't realize, kirk cameras mounted outside of his home, videost thawould capture everything, but he wasn't taking any chances. >> i need the license plate, click, the face of the driver, click, and a shot of the car to show what is going on. click. >> reporter: after that incident, we looked into montgomery's driving record and found 45 citations stemming from nine separate traffic stops, and the violations range from speeding to driving on a suspended license. driving record to maryland state delegate mondogo. ticking time bomb, and sooner or later someone will get hurt or killed. >> reporter: he was especially disturbed by montgomery's failure to show up in court 23 times. >> laughing in the face of the police officer that issued the ticket, and it's a slap in the face of the judge and the courts. >> reporter: the court records also reveal many of her cases were never prosecuted, an guilty and received probation before judgment in lieu of a conviction. >> if made several attempts to contact her through her workplace and her lawyer, but she has not responded. her defense attorney says her surprised that montgomery has her driver's license. he told us "this
