Police say it was after 8 00 last night when the father of john john yates went inside the home looking for his daughter. There was a confrontation. Then the childs fire of waldorf, de anglo hemsley forced his daughter by knife point into a vehicle. The child managed to escape. Police catching hemsley who was trying to get away. Its a hurting thing, it really is. Reporter brothers Francis Dorothy and fellow yates says that they were protective. He would never hurt anybody knowing him. His him. The suspect now faces first degree murder and kidnapping charges. That 12yearold girl was not harmed. A death investigation. Police were called to the 100 block of gresham lane this afternoon. And they are not revealing his name or how he died. In northern wisconsin a High School Prom turned tragic when a former student with a highpowered rifle started shooting. Its about 150 miles north of milwaukee. Police say that 18yearold jacob wagner entered the school with that rifle and a large ammunition clip. He shot and wounded two prom goers before police scene and shot and killed wagner. Reporter we were terrified. We were looking around seeing which one of your friend was left. You know, you dont know. You just need to believe in god. Reporter police say that wagner left the cool last year and did not graduate. One of the injured was released yesterday. The other underwent surgery for a gunshot wound to the leg. A search is underway for the killer or killers that fatally shot eight members of the same family.
