dancing. >> well, growing up dance, i am sure a lot of people at home watch beyonce, rihanna whether in concert, music video and they are like i want to look like i'm in a music video. growing up in dance i learn all these dances but i realize as you get older, you just don't have the moves as well as when you are younger and there are a lot of people that was good at the dance growing up. i break down chorography that you see in concerts and i make it simple and i teach it layer by layer. so what is in the class what you are seeing now is something they have learn throughout an entire hour while getting their heart rate up, burning a couple hundred calories, and by building their self-confidence too. then they leave at the end of the hour feeling like wow, i know a dance and i got a great work out. >> i know you do a lot of really cool on line stuff but you say women in particular they hang with it more if they are in the the classroom setting. >> i have on line classes and typically people do 20 minute, 30 minute work outs on line but when they come to a class nobody leaves before the the hour is up. they don't realize hour has gone by and they build friendships with people in the class. they know when someone is missing and they call them out on it. they come more regularly and they just have more fun. >> when you saw that body at vma's and says it is all due to tans you were like yeah, no kidding. >> yes. >> you don't run, do weights, you just do this. >> i do this and strength training but in the form of dance, so we use our own body weight and we do, star work outs here and just cardio and strength training dance work outs. so you do get the strength and conditioning that we, as women, we need, especially as you get older. >> you saw mike g the camera know, fight the being bored. >> i think that is something we need to do for mike. >> mike can add that. >> yes. >> seriously. >> also, yes. >> very picky either. one mom's approach to poddy training
