>> thank you. 7:04. bill cosby's sexual assault trial is number two. so day number one, it brought emotional testimony. >> sure did.>> not just openings >> so day two gets started here in about two hours in norristown. that is wherer the next couple , hi there steve. >> reporter: we know day two will not start with testimony but decision from the judge on whether to allow witness of witnessto testify, w number one. as we predicted here yesterday correctly it turns out the prosecution did not begin their case with the woman that this trial is all aboutanutothe. prosecutors put on one of the other 60 woman who all eventually came forwardpubliclye same things to them. mbutation to gain the trust. number two get them alone. number three give them pills and alcohol and make them too weak to fend off his sexual battery. judge previously ruled that only one of those other woman can testify. she was 34 when it happen. cosby was 57. she's now 55, lives in atlanta and described how cosby in 96, eight years before the trial incident drugged her and molested her. >> the plan, scheme, design, to sexually assault. if the jury believes the witnesses, that that happened, and that mr. cosby would then know that if a woman is drugged that she cannot consent to sexual activity after she is incapacitated by a pill. >> reporter: well known lawyer gloria allred there came up in the cross-examination many times, cosby's defense lawyer brought up her name and really asked would the man, testifying did she tell to you say that once. trying to portray to the injury that i allred witness number one and other women she represented, the 60 that she told me about all part of the massive legal publicity machine to beat up cosby in public and may be doing so for fame, money settlement. today starts with this judge's decision and reason prosecution wants to put mom of the first witness on to prove that her daughter report ed this to somebody in 96. she didn't make this up recently when cosby stuff started to come out, drip by drip on a weekly bases. even though she was too scared to call police. she must be in her late 70's. five-year old. right near cosby's age. why does cosby's lawyer want to keep her away. they will say it is hearsay and who knows whether the mommies saying this now even if the daughter told her then, the mommies just coming up with this now to support woman and she probably, doesn't like cosby like so many other woman they are trying to keep it out we will see whether the judge allows it or not first thing this morning. >> first thing this morning, big ruling, okay, thank you, steve. jurors will continue to deliberate today in the trial of the bucks county man accused of keeping a dozen girl at his home and sexually assault something of them. >> jurors heard, the fate of five two-year old lee kaplan, and, mom gifted her to kaplan because he helped them out financially. girls parents awaiting sentencing on child endangerment. >> can right now. developing this morning out of germantown a man who appears to be mentally challenged, punched in the face by teenagers. now police are trying to track down those teens. >> this video is really circulating on social media, sabina. >> it mans shared 35,000 times and people are commenting, calling it disturbing and horrific is the only way to describe. we did have to blur the identities of the victim and the attackers here because people in that video they appear to be so very young, in fact. this video will hurt your heart. i want to warn. lets take a look at it now. it shows a man who was essentially mentally disabled surrounded by about four kid. oldest of which appears to be just a yen teenager. man is punched twice by two separate people. second time he is actually trying to get away from the kid when they follow him and hit him again. we don't know identity of the victims or the attackers. it is one of the things police this morning are trying track down and they are asking for the public's help in doing. that we do know that the victim was wearing a landyard around his neck that says i love jesus and it was also video taken on chelten avenue in germantown. it was posted yesterday. we don't know exactly when it was, actually recorded. one of the things we, of course, are not able to show you because we were able to blur the voices is just the reaction on this victim's face , this is at first he is smiling, laughing along with the kid, doesn't realize that they are laughing at him and then when he is struck he is hit in the side of the face. he doesn't see it coming. and then see terror and hurt on his face as he tries to get away. right now we are trying to figure out who was in that video and what, if anything, the public knows. if you know anything call the philadelphia police. >> keep watching the video even after he is hit first time one of the kid follows him and hits him again. >> other kid were laughing. >> and pointing. >> it is on twitter now i mean unblurred, yes. >> investigating a domestic dispute that turned deadly in hunting park last night on the 3800 block of percy street, a 29 year-old man was transported to temple hospital trump administration, praising the muslim community, in london, for its response, mike and alex, london police say all 12 people held as part of this investigation have now been treated, obviously, more to come. >> we have information out and let them. >> and, federal agents, and, secret security, and,. >> and published dramatic new evidence of attempted russian election hacking what site was it, doug, who was she. >> well, yeah, it is interesting, federal won't say specifically what she leaked but not too hard to connect the dots here but on the same day that they announced the arrest of this woman there was a major league, on line, involving the nsa. what did the nsa know about russian hacking during last years' lex? perhaps much more than we were initially aware of. according to classified intelligence leaked to the intercept russian hackers tried to infiltrate u.s. voting software. there is no evidence they were successful but revelation goes far beyond the leak e-mails and campaign meddling russia has been accused of. who leaked it. evidence points to a 25 year-old federal cure reality lee winter was arrested in georgia. justice department saying honor about may ninth mayor crypted and removed classified intelligence reporting which contained classified national defense information. a few days later winner unlawfully transmit by mail the intelligence reporter to an when you have classified information you cannot put that out there because you think it is a good idea. i want people in handcuffs and i want to see people behind bars. >> that has been position of the white house as well, with president trump tweeting last month i have been asking fbi director comey and others from the beginning of my administration to find the leakers in the intelligence community. since that time comey has been fired but he will return here to capitol hill on thursday to tell lawmakers what he knows about russia and about conversations he had with president trump. there have been talk that the white house might try to block that testimony by invoking executive privilege. administration said yes, this would not, mike and alex. >> well, for leak ago this leaked human being walk in the polling& place since 6:00 this morning. >> we are laughing but it is not that funny because this is a big election for governor of new jersey. >> just the governor. >> who will replace governor chris christie. >> wow. >> yeah. >> so it is six democrats, five republicans, and then there is other races too, the state senate, assembly seats. >> um-hmm. >> now jared is camera person on this camera. jared, you have been showing this shot for now 75 straight minutes have you seen anybody walk in that door just shake your camera left, right, up and down. >> than call hear me. >> we can hear you. >> okay. so, there were six people right before between 6:00 o'clock and 6:10, and then started raining really hard and no one came in, in the entire time it was raining hard and until maybe about 10 minutes ago we had one more person come in and go. >> do you have footage of that person. >> i do, i rolled on it. >> nothing gets by jared. >> what is that commercial. >> it has to be jared. >> it can only be jared. >> it has to be jared. >> or what. >> jared should know this what is that commercial. >> that is it, i got it at jared, yeah. >> no, there is a song, it had to be today but i noticed, lets go back to andrea constand. this is who the trial is about she and bill cosby talked to each other on the phone 72 times back and forth and she initiated 53 of those, called cosby 53 times. this is his argument. it doesn't sound like she got sexually abused. why would you call your abuser 53 times on the telephone. i think that is a pretty good argument. doesn't that make sense to you >> if he was already her mentor she felt intimidated, maybe she felt like she had to keep, she felt pressure. >> i agree with you. >> that will be the prosecution argument. andrea constand will be asked that question. >> why did you keep calling him. >> if i was prosecution that is one of the first questions i had ask. tell the jury why you called him 53 times. >> that sexual abuse stuff you get confused and is there so many layers. >> he had power over her. he could affect her future. he had a lot of power. when she get on the stand and explains it, i think it will be a wash. >> do you think, rudy, keisha. >> yes. >> pullia.m. >> is she back today. >> she may be back. if she's here to support him that sy two weeks. >> cosby seemed for being there for him and
