middle school. everybody has been on edge ever since. police got involved, they have been investigating the students involved have been identified and they are being disciplined through the school there could also possibly be some criminal charges here. police say it started on social media then there were actual conversation as monk classmates that proved to be concerning. school officials temple university hospital, after a car slammed into a deli, in north philadelphia. do you know that deli right there? this happened last night around 10:00 o'clock near north 22nd and cambria streets police have not yet said if the person who was hurt was actually in the car or on the sidewalk or in the deli. no word on what caused the crash. the engineer behind the controls of the amtrak train 188, has posted bail, after surrendering to police earlier brandon bostian was in control of that train when it crashed in may 2015 killing eight people and injuring nearly 200 others. pennsylvania attorney general josh shapiro charged bostian in the deadly crash last week, leveling manslaughter charges and wrist kick catastrophe and reckless endangerment. >> he wasn't in control of the train. stranger from our area who stepped into help his family. he need todd get up here to our children hospital of philadelphia to bolt his leukemia. family is reporting that his seven year-old the leukemia has come back and they have decided to go forward with the hospice care. this flight helped him get treatment up here at chop. he was diagnosis with a rare form of leukemia in august of 2015. after the treatments didn't work out in florida they knew there was a program here, a tc experimental therapy up at chop and they needed to get here but they could not because he could not fly commercial and when we shared his story, you can see what happened. someone said i have a jet, pilot i will give you my jet and pilot for free to help get your child this treatment. chris o'connell spoke to him then. it has taken a turn for the worst. his family is up here in our area and they are asking for prayers. they will hold open prayer service and candle light vigil tonight at chapel of you can get bloodshot eyes. that happens when they do it a lot. broken blood vessels. they can have mood swings. this is lake traumatic brain injury. when you have no blood flow or oxygen to the brain you are causing thousands of cells to die immediately. it effects your mood. severe headaches, dis orientation and some marks around the neck but they are not always there. you have to be aware of is what going on with your child. if my son nicholas or daughter amy started acting goofy or belt or something laying around i will know bit and you talk with your kid. i'm telling you i will have a talk with them tonight. this is a nightmare. these are good kid. they are in the troublemakers. these are upstanding, kid he when think nothing will ever happen to you and it is in the true. >> go ahead.
