Authority believe as many as five or six people actually took part in sexually assaulting the 15 year old girl, like you said, mike, 40 people watched this on facebook. And they did absolutely nothing to stop it. They just watched. This guy us wondering what charges if any will be handed down to the people who tuned in but didnt alert authorities. Might they also be charged with watching child pornography, because this victim was in her teens. There is some questions around this. They were looking for him but she voluntarily brought him in. They new who he was. They were going to get him anyhow. Interesting the two boys that are now being charged the 14 and 15 year old, theyre being charged with aggravates the aggravated criminal assault, basically rape then being charged with manufacturing pornography, and also, distributing pornography. The interesting part of this story is this was live streamed over facebook. They know that 40 people actually viewed t so the question is, could any of those 40 people be charged . I think not. I think not. Because you know first of all when you look on your phone you look on facebook, do we really know whats real, whats not real . A lot of time i see videos on here, i dont know whether they are real, not real. I cant tell one way or another. But the difference usually when someone fast bike live you know whats happening in the moment. It could be recreated people making things up . It could be. I think it will be very hartford the prosecute tears charge any of the 40 people. I doubt it will happen. What would be different is if somebody basically sent an email out and said watch this live stream. It is a 15 year old, and we raped her, then you knew as the watcher that, you know, it was factual. Then you could be charged with watching child pornography. Hold on a second. What about those Good Samaritan laws . If i saw somebody being sexually assaulted across the street here, and i didnt report it, im liable, arenty . Exactly the opposite. Youre under no legal obligation to report a crime. None. So there is no Good Samaritan law that requires to you do it. So youre right. If you looked out, there you saw somebody being assaulted you might have moral obligation to do something to call the police but you do not have legal obligation. Only certain people in our society have legal obligation. I will tell how they are, teachers, if they know something is going on, teacher has obligation under the law to report, a doctor, a doctor has legal obligation, and there are couple of other protest is as well, but you and i as ooh the average citizen, certainly youre not average. But because she actually does have the bruises, i mean, it shows that something did definitely happen to her. Lets go to may of 2014. This is involving the nanny. Ended up firing the nanny. But the nanny pregnant with steven belefontes child, he wanted the nan toy have the baby he wanted all three of them together to keep paying her and have her in the home. And then ultimately, belefonte ended up and the nanny ended up getting a bore sean, which he paid for with mel bs money. Thats what she is saying. Then whats weird here, jen, lets look at this, there was Instagram Post to her husband about eight weeks ago saying how much she was in love with him. Yes. She said weve been through everything that would normally tearing couples apart and weve come out on the other side stronger. He loved me how i knew how to love myself. You are my world. Ten years married, five for the one they love. They said it wouldnt last. You see kind of abuse situations, where someone is she is torn obviously, i mean, if there is actual abuse going on, she has that happening, but she might still love him. And you see this with battered women, and you hear about this. I mean, i think mel b is an example to women that are out there that maybe suffering abusive relationship. At some point, you get fed up, and you come forward. She did file for divorce. She now filed restraining order. All of these allegations are coming out. Why it took so long, we dont know. And, you know, what happened in the relationship, whether there was abusive situation, and then he made up with her, i mean, you see that happening quite a lot. But now these allegations are going to come forward, theyre very serious allegations. It is terrible. You see mel b out there, she act like shes fine, she is happy, and go lucky, and it is just, well see what happens with it, and whether or not hes going have to stay away from her, whether or not even some of these end up to be criminal activities. I think whats real interesting like mike mentioned earlier she showed the picture of her face, burns, and she says he forced her to tweet out that oh, i just fell.
