jenny? >> reporter: this shooting happened outside 7165 germantown bar and restaurant at 2:15. you can see a bullet hole in the front window of this restaurant on germantown avenue, eight shots were fired and four people were struck by bullets. police say bar was lively at closing time, a live band, performing on the stage minutes before the shooting happened, apparently a fight broke out inside of the bar, the people who were involved were ushered outside of the bar, that is when shots were fired, one of the victims is a feast mail bartender who ran outside to try to break up the fight according to police and she was struck in the leg. one man was shot in the side and the leg. a third was hit in the hand. all three are in stable condition at the hospital. police say when they arrived on the scene they saw a car speeding away, officers followed, that car, crashed into a utility pole about six blocks down the street at germantown and upsol. a man shot four times in the torso was found in the back back seat of his car. police successfully transported him to einstein where he is listed in critical condition. at this point police believe there was only one shooter. he is not in custody yet but police think it is only a matter of time. >> some victims in stable condition are talking, they are talking to detectives, individuals that drove some of the victims to the hospital, they are cooperating with us. of course, the employees of the restaurant they are also being questioned and they are cooperating. police say there are cameras inside, they believe shooter
