philadelphia police have called off search for missing four year-old boy because they say entire story was hade up. >> it is a strange one. the lets get out to lauren johnson to explain what we have learned so far this morning, lauren? >> reporter: karen and alex, it was a elaborate tail that started with a pizza delivery man dead. he got robbed, carjack. it end here at northwest detectives where he is being held, and questioned, by police about what happened. he is 22 years old. he said he was a delivery driver for dominoes, claims he was carjacked with a couple from atlanta four year-old still inside the car in the back seat. naturally police panicked hoping for child's safe return they launched a massive search last night just before 4:00 a.m. a big announcement that was all made up. the last night around 11:00 p.m. they found the car at 16th and st. paul minutes after this initial report and a half mile away from the 4600 block of simon street where the car was reported stolen. police were hoping to find surveillance camera, find some people who could give them some details about what was going on was really true after hours of intense questioning the man caved and admitted that the carjacking was never happened and there was never a child involved. from the very beginning police noticed there was holes in the man's story. we noticed an amber alert was never issued for that missing child. this morning he has to answer questions to police about why he made this whole thing up, karen and alex. you have to think we spent so much time and resources with police searching attacks happened at 7:45 at night. both of them, women at their apartment complex, alone, and in both cases he drives victim 's car to the atms after he slaps them around, sexually assaults them, forced this with man to go to before he ran away, finally, at the fourth one, and then so again, a lot of tips because people know somebody that they think, that talks to themselves and has what upper darby police who sounded, septa then followed up and confirmed it, that the accident at 69th street involving the at least one of the market frankford line trains. they are using shuttle buses right now in place of the trains on the market frank toward line from 63rd into 69th street. you may remember throughout the last hour, i have been telling you that septa has been having delays on market frankford line for what they called signal problems. if that is the case signal problem, led to this accident, obviously that remains to be seen but they were running with signal problems this philadelphia police have called off search for missing four year-old boy because they say entire story was hade up. >> it is a strange one. the lets get out to lauren johnson to explain what we have learned so far this morning, lauren? >> reporter: karen and alex, it was a elaborate tail that started with a pizza delivery man dead. he got robbed, carjack. it end here at northwest detectives where he is being held, and questioned, by police about what happened. he is 22 years old. he said he was a delivery driver for dominoes, claims he was carjacked with a couple from atlanta four year-old still inside the car in the back seat. naturally police panicked hoping for child's safe return they launched a massive search last night just before 4:00 a.m. a big announcement that was all made up. the last night around 11:00 p.m. they found the car at 16th and st. paul minutes after this initial report and a half mile away from the 4600 block of simon street where the car was reported stolen. police were hoping to find surveillance camera, find some people who could give them some details about what was going on was really true after hours of intense questioning the man caved and admitted that the carjacking was never happened and there was never a child involved. from the very beginning police noticed there was holes in the man's story. we noticed an amber alert was never issued for that missing child. this morning he has to answer questions to police about why he made this whole thing up, karen and alex. you have to think we spent so much time and resources with police searching frantically for that child last night, how much did that cost. >> good question, lauren. they spent all night. >> good news is at least there wasn't a four year-old. >> yes, and you know, that person may get the that help that they need. police in delaware are searching for same suspect involved in two separate kidnapping cases in new castle county ape both incidents happened within one week of out a picture. the reason is because the victim is prominently most in the fixtures from the attack sunday night, february 13th. that is monday night. the latest was this past sunday. and in that attack, the victim was driven to fourtive rent bank atms and detectives are still at those banks, dealing with them, getting the pictures from those atms. they could have pictures real soon. they are working to enhance the attacker's picture in the first attack, he is in the background but most prominent they say is a terrorized victim, and fear for her life after what they went through. so both attacks happened at 7:45 at night. both of them, women at their apartment complex, alone, and in both cases he drives victim 's car to the atms after he slaps them around, sexually assaults them, threatens them, pulls a gun on them and then, wearing a mask, here is the very latest from the police this morning on the tips coming in. >> the thing that is getting a lot of the tips is, of course, description, and person talking to himself, coaching himself, incidents, and we know he has a distinct accent but i think you just look at how terrible these crimes are, and a we can relate just like upper darby police who sounded, septa then followed up and confirmed it, that the accident at 69th street involving the at least one of the market frankford line trains. they are using shuttle buses right now in place of the trains on the market frank toward line from 63rd into 69th street. you may remember throughout the last hour, i have been telling you that septa has been having delays on market frankford line for what they called signal problems. if that is the case signal problem, led to this accident, obviously that remains to be seen but they were running with signal problems this morning for last hour or so, and now we have an accident situation that we are trying to get a handle on. they are using shuttle buses between 63rd and 69th street, we will bring you more as soon as 69th street. we're told there were no passengers on board, but there are injuries, most likely to workers, and now here's the scene, and scenario this morning, septa first told us they were running with signal delays, delays due to signal issues this morning. then this is last 15 or 20 minutes, this situation happened at 69th street terminal. you can see a couple cars off the track, you can see wheels of the one train there. if this was a head on crash according to upper darby inspector police chief chit wood, that you would at least have two people at the front, engineers of those cars , so, again minor injuries , no passengers on board, septa right now is using shuttle buses between 63rd and 69th street and remember they have been pulling cars in an out of the rail yard to make those
