And the something they want to do is prevent anybody from being towed without first having a Philadelphia Police officer or Parking Authority officer put official parking ticket on that vehicle which would mean even if you are on public property or private property. Even if youre in somebodys driveway, that somebody cannot get your car towed without first having a cop or Parking Authority person put a ticket on that vehicle. Even if youre in a wawa or wegmans parking lot, anywhere, where you see those signs that you will be towed if youre not a patron or customer, they would have to ticket your vehicle, even on private property. We pick this lot because we know tow trucks are here, we know cars get towed to the lot. We didnt know about the history of this lot until we talked to the cops. But our man Greg Gill Roy films a center city towing truck, towing a car in here at 2 30 this morning, and see the guy, he goes to the back of the lot. As soon as he sees greg, he speeds to up greg, you wont hear it over the sound every his very lowden gin, but there is an exchange where he says you cant shoot me, stop videotaping me. Here we go. You cant hear that, but watch him, he backs away from greg now. He doesnt want to be on. Cant even see his face it is so dark and tinted windows. He backs awayment then hauls away with the car. So his intention was to put in this lot. But then his intention was it get away from us as soon as possible. So, no cars have been towed in here since. But what we learned since, we come back to our live picture, this lot is owned by the Pennsylvania Convention center. Thats why you see this sign here, ppca, marshalling yard. So used by Philadelphia Police officers who work nearby at headquarters, and theyve got permits on their car. But the police tell us there is no permit that they know of for the two towing companies that they know of who tow cars here and and i am pounds them here then charge the people who have been towed impound fees. Now, if there is arrangement with the Parking Authority we would love to know. But the question is if there is nothing to hide why would that guy run away . Despite that a guy came it here just months ago, he came in here, we didnt know he was one of the tow truck drivers, comes in with his private vehicle, sees us, spins out of here, then drivers his personal car to the other side of the tow truck guys, thats him there, because he warm up that tow truck and now hes leaving while were all on live tv. Doesnt want to talk. His personal car now longer in the lot. No longer not lot. He park his personal car outside of this lot because i guess he thought he shouldnt be here either. First one people were buying tickets that turned out to be counterfeit. The other was that they would buy tickets by wiring money and those tickets would never arrive. So, and actually, one wonders whether the disappoint s in not getting the ticket or actually getting the tickets and having to watch the panthers season. Thats what we think of the eagles game. Anyway two of the tips that you need to know if youre going to the bowl games here. The first is always purchase particular frets reputable seller. In other words, go to ticket master go, to stub hub, go to somebody who you actually know who owns the ticket and always make sure that this is a real guy and not just some name on the internet. What about xrays little and stuff, oh, go there you can get them for cheaper. You can go something for cheaper like a fake ticket. It is possible that real people sell on craigslist, but there is absolutely no guarantee. That is where a lot of those panthers forgeries turned taught have come from. Of course the second one is never Wire Transfer money. No. You never want to do that unless you know had it is that you are dealing with. Always use a credit cards instead. Back to the seller, you made interest point. If you do happen if it is cheaper deal, ill try it outright . When we get the tickets make sure to pull up to the stadium itself. Another issue exactly. Even before you get the tickets, if somebody is telling you that youre getting seat on the ooh yard line, but you go to the website of the stadium, where those games will be played and you notice that this section happens to be, you know, hine the gem post, well you know this is not real. Air b and b, other travel websites, even private person offering their apartment for rent they should be rated. If there is no rating for those people dont go with a private site. Much better off going to hotel, spending few extra bucks to get an actual hotel room as opposed to doing the bargain sales, and not getting any place at all. Never good idea. When her mother passed away, she took over it, but, she says, she fell behind on the payment, and everything in the unit, well it hit the Auction Block. So the Wedding Dress is extraordinary special to her, of course, it is understandable. She says her mother helped her pick it out and also help her buy it. She never got to do that with her mom. My mom was was, almost 17, when my grandmother died. To know how much my mom did do it for my. She said the Auction Company contacted the american bought the storage unit. There is bitterness there. There was some talk of legal situations when they wanted to use his old footage, his likeness, in the movies in flashback scenes. How about creed . Didnt see much of him in creed. Right. Although there is talk of him being involved in creed two. Flashback scenes. That he would actually appear in. One of the famous scenes, ice skating scene here, now, tell us why they ended up just shooting the two characters here. He doesnt have skates on, but she does. Right. So they went on the date. To this ice skating palace. And, you know, it seems like a very romantic, clever choice to have them on the ice alone, makes it more romantic. But the choice is it was such a low budget movie. They didnt have the money to pay extras and a bunch of people to fill up the ice rink. So they decided just to do the two of them itself. It worked out. Same situation with the fight scene at the end, right . This is supposed to be the big one with a packed crowd, right . So look at the arena, looks pretty full. But the truth of the matter is that they only have 50 extras in that arena. They keep moving them around for the different shots. They also have cardboard cut outs, in the background, that look like theyre people, but not actually people. I know thats hard to believe.
