texas that killed four in 2013. his attorneys had managed to successfully argue he was the victim of after flew seen. he was so wealthy and spoiled, i didn't know the difference between right and which is rules, responsibility, and it is irresponsible quite frankly to let your kids do whatever they want to do just because they have money. that's not okay. >> it made me angry, rg reminded me of case back in connecticut in the 80s which i covered, rich kid brat his name was alex kelly. he got convicted of two rapes on two girls there. and instead he ran off to europe and his parents fansly supported this kid, alex kelly, then, you know, they finally, oh, that's the other kid. anyway, alex kelly the one that ran away this time. but rich people trying to cover for their kids? what's going on with that? >> i mean, when you think about it, one of the things we got to teach kids, there are rules, responsibility, we have to teach them to have healthy respect for authority. yes, it is nice. parent juan to give their children lots of material things. but at the end of the day, if you don't give them the ability to be conscious adult, that's a problem. a lot of kids out there specially rich kids, they think that they can sort of do whatever they want to do. casino every like tagging two year old, put them in a car, giving them million dollars and saying have the freedom to drive around the world. it doesn't work. >> i'll get to you in a second, but you mention the rich kids. i want to give you another example, all happened down there in baltimore. mother in baltimore after the riot, there was decision, and her kid was doing some bad behavior and she was not having it, boy did she go after her child, and she, you know, was on television taking him to task for that. there she goes. you're not going to do, that buddy, you're my kid. bamm, she said that's not the way we act. do you think there is racial or cultural component whatever we -- >> i think it has a lot to do with culture h a lot to do with race t had a lot to do with class. oftentimes we can sort of being in these cultural environment where bad behavior get sanctioned. we have to check ourselves after parent, and black cup yours a village. we have to hold ourselves accountable for the way in which we are parenting. i have to say that in some cultures, it really is okay to have your kids do whatever they want, because they have lots of money, and you're teaching them to not have a moral compass or not even to have some spiritual underground, under pink, for doing the right thing. we have to teach our kids the difference between right and wrong. >> we all do on that one. let's get over to this one. because right and wrong, seriously, at this point there is kid has to face major jail time right? >> no. quite frankly, karen, he has the government there in florida and fort worth has until he is 19 years old as it currently stands. >> in texas, yes. >> yes, as it currently stands. they are looking to make some amendment to his sentence, have his case transferred to adult court where they would have a lot more exposure for the next time he violate. based on his track record, i think that's very good fair possibility that he'll obviously violate again. >> right now, because he's basically a juvenile, he is only going to be facing three month at tops for running away to mexico with his mom? >> that's correct. that's correct. that in texas they have currently because he is under juvenile court supervision they have him until he is 19 year old. that's why the prosecutor there is seek to go have his case moved to adult court, where they would have the full breds of the decade that he has on probation. therefore, if he were to violate again, they could actually give him, co-be re sentenced to the entire ten years in prison. >> i think so many people angry. four people lost their lives because of his drunk driving, basically got away with a slap on wrist, ran away, now maybe okay. chip kelly out. >> yes. >> who will be in? howard eskin joins us for the -- from the nova care complex. first of all, people speculate judging this happened, what is your take on it? >> okay, why it happened, because chip kelly if you go back to last thanksgiving, the team was not successful. remember, they've lost three out of the last four last year, very up and down year this year. and jeffrey lurie in the past, ray rhoads stayed a year too long, because he wanted to give them another year. andy reid, i still think is very good coach, stayed a year too long, he was four and eight, won the last four games eight and eight, next year four and 12, stayed a year too long. and i don't think jeffrey lurie wanted this to happen now. talking to people who are close to jeffrey lurie, jeffrey lurie told them he is relieved he made the decision. and this just didn't happen a meeting yesterday at the nova care facility. jeffrey lurie, i talk to high ranking official on saturday, and didn't tell me but i got a clear indication, that something was going to happen. i think jeffrey lure had i already made this decision, probably, at least couple of weeks ago. >> couple of weeks ago. well (not just wait until after the giants game? >> because you want to let everybody know. what's the difference? the giants game means nothing. it means nothing. it would have been a circumstance, media would have had all every those questions it, would have been a circumstance us. nobody had in idea. gives everybody around the nfl the idea, obviously, the knowledge, that this job is open. see they can start the process about people talking to people getting out. why not? i think it was fun. we were all surprised, i get all of that, but i have no problem with them doing it now rather than wait until after the giants game. >> howard you're basically an insider on this once you are in this lockerroom. you hear what people are saying. i've been hearing certainly he had lost the team, lost the players. we were frustrated. i want to know what you helped, something must have happened that got pretty volatile or do you think that's not what happened yesterday? >> no, i i do not think that's what happened yesterday. see, we have to be careful that we report what other people really report but only are speculating. and i think that's the case. jeffrey lurie had made a decision. i'm sure he explained it to him why he made that decision. chip kelly at that point knows, hey listen, it is over, still got two years left on a contract, it is over. so i don't think that was the case. there was no reason, no volatile at this, the decision was already made. and i am not on board with the comment he lost the lockerroom. hey, listen, players ball out. they bailout because they, in a lot of cases, now, malcolm jenkins will take accountability, kelce, guys on this team that l but there are guys that won't. and then the favorite thing is well he lost the lockerroom. not everybody likes himment demarco murray, i don't care what he says, because he was third best running back on this team. so he finally, finally, chip made the decision, listen, i can't give him as many carries as i was giving him. that will 11 of chip's problems that he was stubborn. and i think there was a breakdown in discipline. i think there was a lot of things. and jeffrey lurie i understand did talk to some of the players. and again, i know he talked to demarco murray. but i don't care what de mark over murray said. now say that he lost the lockerroom, players now will be on the side of the team, and not on the coach, because he's gone. and i think, i think that's wrong. and not everybody liked him. hey listen, that's sports science tough. a bunch of hoch us poke us. at this point when they are winning, it is great. when they're losing, then all the sudden, you know, the warts start to come out. >> in five seconds, who is the next eagles coach? >> doing this mini golf experience for the kids. >> oh, yes. so much more than, that 'd action al experience as well. we have 18 holes every mini golf. each hole different environmental lesson. so fun for the whole family. >> so what casino every lessons does it teach the kids? >> everything from extinction, bird migration, it teaches about landfills, ring forests, it teaches them all kind of different lessons, dinosaur extinction, recycling, different lesson on each hole. >> for the first two weeks in january? >> well, the internet children's task force in l.a., the lapd, they got a search warrant, based on what a former girlfriend of his told them they raided his house yesterday, seized all sort every things from his computer, we're told, more than a thousand images from the computer, and this is a child porn case, some of the girls in the pictures we're told from law enforcement are under the age of ten. so he posted bail, family posted it for him, and he will be in court again, you can't believe judge these things but we do know they seized the computer, seize the the cell phone, his tablets, and you know, other items in the house. >> looking forwards to something south of willshire, your new show. when does it premiere?
