>> i hope not. >> please don't let that happen. >> we will talk about the eagles all morning long here at 6:06. but more news here, three teens are now in custody in connection with last weeks fatal beating of a homeless man. >> more arrests could becoming sabina kuriakose is live at police headquarters with those details, sabina. >> reporter: good morning, guys. police believe five teenagers were involved in total in this brutal attack. they have three teenagers in custody that happened yesterday, that leaves two teenagers, still at large. we do expect formal charges to be filed, later today against those in custody. we don't yet know if these teens are going to be charged as adults. police say 57 year-old kevin cullen was found by neighbors who heard the attack as it happened. police say his pockets were turn inside out leading them to believe this was an attempt ed robbery. neighbors heard the teenagers laughing as they left the scene. now cullen was beloved, and cared for in his mayfair neighborhood. his family says he was vulnerable as a homeless man and easy target. they say they take comfort in the kindness of the neighbors who stayed with kevin after the beating so that he was not suffering alone as he laid there in the streets. now all of this happened last sunday, cullen died the next morning and police took those teens in custody exactly one week later. back here live again we have three juveniles in custody in this brutal attack. we are waiting for formal charges to be filed again later today and we will very latest for you as police release those details to us. two teenagers believed to still be out there, guys, back to you. >> let us know at 6:07. bucks county community pays tribute to a young woman killed in the hit and run. >> and the teens grieving mother has a message for the man who just continues to allude police even though lauren they have found the car >> that is right they found the car but still in driver as for her mother she was one of the many people who gathered at site of the candle light vigil yesterday, many people who spoke at the podium said they had to keep their comments short it is best way to avoid a complete break down , vigil planned to honor and remember the life of 19 year-old jessica kurtz, tears, candles, balloons, love story, friend family and, of course, so many memories. so much emotion. so many tears. grief open over a life cut short last weak by a hit/run driver who slam in the teenager and friend near street road, they were trying to cross. well, driver stopped, he helped move her out of the road and then got back in the car and then took off. friend is still unable to accept harsh reality of that tragedy but trying to remember got in the situation end that ted so badly. >> just touched everybody hearts and she was one of the most caring loving people i have ever met. >> jessica was my best friend. i don't know, it is hard being here without her know, you know, she is one of the main reasons why i continued my education after high school, you know, she always believes in everybody. she sees good in everyone. >> reporter: that is what you heard over and over again. last thursday lower southampton township police chief sent out a message telling us that the phones had been ringing off the hook with tips about that truck and they located the truck but not the driver. police are urging whoever he or she is to come forward. here's a bright spot out of last night's vigil, young girl 's mother tells us her daughter joined rotc still at bensalem high school. her mother thought that was kind of for her daughter. she asked her why did she do it she told her mommy can rack the c a.m.o like in one else. >> interesting loved it. >> all right. >> thanks, lauren. this probably is a game changer, are we finally going to do this? found stabbed to death inside his home on south johnston street. >> we are told a concerned neighbor called police around 1:00 this morning to check on the man and when they arrived they found his body. police say the door was unlock and there was no sign of forced entry and the home didn't seem to have been ransack. right now investigators are still on the scene and they are looking for the person responsible but we do know they are talking about a woman right now in connection with the case. >> we will stay on that for you. 6:35. bucks county community this morning is mourning the loss of the young woman killed in the hit and run this morning the teen's grieving mother has a message for the man who continues to allude police. lauren has that story, lauren. >> reporter: hey, mike and alex. her mother calls her the light of the world and she says that so many friend shared in that thought and she met so many of them here yesterday at the vigil. she's learning it more and more now that she's gone. outpouring of the love and support overwhelming, and it was clear here last night. hundreds gathered to feet away from where 19 year-old jessica kurtz was killed. friends wanted to honor her and remember her and the stories they shared did just that. she was full of life. saw got in everyone. hard working, smart, she had a pension for, kindness and just a young woman who always wanted to help people. her mother says her daughter who work at the marshals store at philadelphia mills is gone in body but her sweet spirit will live on forever. >> she was in a bitter place and this guy however he is, i have noe malice toward him. he messed up his future do you know what i mean? for me to hate on him or anything like that, it is just destroying me. >> reporter: police were able to track down the truck late last week but still no driver. they have not issued an arrest warrant for anyone. hundreds of tips poured in the department days after the accident, once police did release some photos of the make and model of that truck, coming up in the next half an hour, mike and alex, we will hear from a young man who said he moved here to the philadelphia area from chicago christie verse ncaa. it is as a result of the governor's years long effort to bring betting, on sports in new jersey casinos and race tracks. high court is weighing whether a federal law preventing states from authorizing sports betting is constitutional. if the supreme court strikes down the law dozens of states could make sports betting legal. american gaming association estimates wager $150
