>> well, not a lot of details this morning, mike. here's what i can tell you. investigators are still here on the scene. we saw another police vehicle pull up about 15 minutes ago. here's a we do know. it's the location on monroe street. where that house is lit up by lights there. where the assault took place. it was some time after midnight when police received call about a woman being attacked. the victim was bleeding badly maybe from her head when medics arrived on the scene. the woman's injuries so severe, she was air lifted to a level two trauma center in trenton. that decision could help save her life, those hospital have 24 hour staff dedicated for person whose suffer the most severe injuries. right now, investigators have not told us yet if the attack happened inside or if the woman was attacked behind the home or in an alley where they have focused much of their attention in the early morning hours, we're hoping to get more details from the prosecutor's office at some point this morning and pass it along to you. mike and alex >> thank you very much. back to what i was talking about, police in virginia believe a father abducted his four-year-old daughter, alex. >> and they may be helding to new jersey right now. that's why steve keeley is in bellmawr, new jersey with the details. steve. >> reporter: he abducted his daughter almost weeks ago last wednesday at 5:00 at a courthouse about six and a half hours south of here. why no amber alert till last night at 6:00 and a second one at 8:00 with these two photos? the abduction happened almost a week ago. last wednesday at 5:00 at a courthouse in deep south virginia in charlotte virginia. >> six and a half hours dry, 272 miles from where i'm standing and chances are he could have made several round trips by now, they suddenly thought this little girl anna bell was in, quote, extreme danger, that's likely why they issued a couple of amber alerts, maybe they've been in contact with this guy and he threatened to do her harm because he did not have custody of her. he's 24, and again, burgundy van, 1995 chevy with virginia license plate vmg 2332. i can tell you, they're not a lot of bergundy vans with virginia plates in new jersey, so you don't need the plate. if you spot an old beaten up van with virginia plates, call the cops and save this little girl and guy from getting in further trouble. that's the story. police in virginia say he may be headed to new jersey, that's what they said last night around 8:00. >> good job there, steve. thank you. here we go. >> let's get to the, this story now. where a woman found bleeding brutally attacked in south jersey >> detectives are trying to piece together exactly what happened. so lauren is on this story in mt. holly. >> reporter: mike and alex, investigators having a tough time in this heavy rain here in mt. holly. we've seen them pace back and forth walking around monroe street, neighbors waking up to bright lights and crime scenes, many wondering what happened. seems like police focused their attention on an alleyway next to the house here. at this point, it's unclear if the woman was attacked there in the alleyway or simply discovered there after running out of the home in question. employees received a call some time after midnight about a woman who was violently attacked. the details not yet clear. what we do know is that the woman was bleeding so badly, medics made a decision to have her air lifted to a trauma center in trenton, new jersey. those hospitals have 24 hour staff on duty. dedicated to the most severe patients and injuries and many times, it can increase survival rates for victims. police have been here since a little after 12:00. we're going on six and a half hours, they will continue to is that he here on scene until they gather more evidence. we did hear in one neighbor who says if it's the woman who lives in that house, she should be around 35 years old. no details yet. we'll wait to see what happens. mike and alex?
