ordered after what it found to be true, a recent wenting and still growing gang violence that led to the young freshman sports car gunned down just moments after he walk out of his school last spring and all that cyber bullying leading up to the fight and death of the teenage girl inside that school rest room. both gangs and bullying spreading by phones which report said quote are now like part of
