>> reporter: well, we hanging out with six burlington county fire departments over in moorestown, right on dan r a/k/a to's road, quick action for lightning strike fire, now we see them all leaving there, now going to edgewater park. bob kelly take note, on 130, southbound, you can see, at least the right lane is shutdown, and you definitely want to go slow, in the other two lanes, this is normally like the atco raceway here, so take it slow. you have got guys putting lives on the line fighting a fire, you don't want to hit them. 130 you see firefighter up on his truck here, look at all of that equipment he's got. that's the story of the day. great firefighters around philadelphia, dealing with the highest humidity level yet during this heatwave. and i can say that personally because i exercised this morning, and i was pushing it to the limit. and we had a thundershower go through here overnight, and that's what made the air super thick. the smoke, not as bad as it was when we got here, about quarter to 6:00. and that's good news, we got beverly, edgewater park and a lot of firefighters all here now doing another job, and here at the willingboro rv center, looks like storage area in the back of the showroom. you can see the light still on in the showroom. that tells you power still out. right next to very popular super wawa right on the other side to the left, where chris will show you where all of the rv's are. chris, pan to the left if you can hear me please. i guess he is not hearing me again, that's where the super wawa is down there. guys, i send it back to you as we see firefighters doing a great job once again overnight if the ill i area. >> two more fires to tell but, firefighter in the hospital after getting hurt in an apartment fire. >> crews say the blaze broke out around 1:00 this morning, to dave at the scene. >> south philly. >> yes, that firefighter in stable condition, right now, the fire commissioner, not specifying the exact injuries of that firefighter. but the fire commissioner, did say, that the heat has taken a toll on fire officials, over the last week, or so. here on the 1300 block of south broad street, you can see, the home here, gutted by fire. we can tell you that crews are obviously still on the scene trying to deal with hot spots in south philly. fire commissioner telling us that the heat was a major challenge for fire crews, who dealt with this blaze, and they also dealt with downpour every rain as well, at least one person lives at this home, where the fire started, around 1:10, this morning, we don't know if this place was divided up into apartments, or not, and a neighbor described the scene. >> i woke up from some guy laying on the horn. like screaming at everybody to wake up. i looked out the window, and i see the second floor, it has like flames inside of it, and like people lining the block, knocking on doors. >> the heat really still hot out here, even after the storm, it is not as hot as it was. really takes toll on firefighters. they've been working, i was down in this neighborhood sunday. we had three all hand fires going at the same time across the city. so, our firefighters, working in this heat, really for almost a week now. and it takes a toll. hard to stay hydrated when you're out here doing this every night. and they've been out here doing it every night. >> indeed they have been, and the fire commissioner says it took about two hours to get this particular fire under control, it is not clear if weather was a cause. there was speculation that lightning may have been a cause. but nothing official, again, firefighter in the hospital, in stable condition, the exact injuries, not known right now. thankfully no other injuries in this case, fire officials still investigating at this time. back to you, mike and alex. >> the third fire this could be caused by lightning in moorestown, new jersey, group of townhomes went up in flames. broke out around winds row cluster drive just before 2:00. it was placed under control in about an hour, several homes were damaged, and flames were showing through the roof of at least one of these homes. no word yet on what started the fire, but firefighters are kind of leaning toward lightning on that one. >> you certainly have to think about the firefighters and what all they are going through in this heat. >> yes, sure. >> okay, so, when did this big storm mover through?
