Reporter mike, this shooting is just three blocks from where the last Police Officer was shot in the line of duty in West Philadelphia, this happened near 59th and market Jesse Hartnett you will recall shot at 60th and spruce right around corner just a couple blocks over, same neighborhood, same Police District too the 18th. This time it was a crime in progress and a relatively minor usually nonviolent kind of crime in the city, a car break in. It was eight minutes before 9 00 and lady saw two guys inside of her car.
