deputy ross will send any people down there or whether or not he thinks that baltimore should have have handled it differently. it is certainly not something people in philadelphia think would have happened if this would have occurred here in situations like we have had here but we have had, big, big amounts of people here and police always seem to handle it, textbook here in philadelphia, and
