physical. young lady called a family member, two cars, family member arrived on the scene, one of the maleness one of these two cars gets on it and starts fighting the boyfriend. there is a physical all the cakes where boyfriend starts losing the fist fight. he pulls out a gun and he fires that gun striking the four people. >> reporter: detectives tell thaws shooter lives right there on darryl street where they are awaiting him to come back home but so far he hasn't shown. that is where the shooting happened and nine bullet shells found in the street n1 of the cars police found another gun, they don't believe that was used in the fight but also found, something in the street that may have been used in the fight, karen to maybe, one of the reasons that the boyfriend may have been losing the fist fight at first and decided to pull his gun out instead, what they found, brass knuckles, lying in the street, karen? >> well, that is a horrible thing that happened in that neighborhood and reporter: good thing where this shooting happened was close to penn presbyterian where they have best surgeons in the emergency room and all four are here. police near the shot scene here find nine bullet shells but karen they found a set of old fashion but never out of style it seems brass knuckles on the street too and those brass knuckles may have been the reason the shooter was losing the initial fist fight with the family member, of his girlfriend to pull out his gun and start shooting. moments before they were shot on dorell street at 9:30 a young woman was getting physically beaten up during a street argument police tell us she called the family for help four guys show up in the two cars in the video and one of the four gets out, starts beating up the boyfriend and that is why probably he started shooting. >> we have four people sitting in hospitals here, a couple days before christmas just unacceptable behavior on all parts. put your hands on a woman is unacceptable and
