>> three things they want to hear. so since creato did not testify during the month plus trial here, they did get to hear him, though, in some of the evidence. so, yesterday, around 2:00, they come back in the courtroom, and they say they want to re-hear him in the three ways the prosecutors played recorded conversations during the trial. so they come back from lunch, back into the courtroom for second time, the video of when detectives had creato in their interrogation room sitting at a small table, facing the police camera above, and it was during that question-and-answer session that a detective tells him his three year old son brendan had been found dead by cooper river and creato cries and yells out. so the question obviously for the jurors or at least one of them, was it bad acting or real emotion. and the jury also relist toned his 911 call report that his son was missing, again, the question, likely, how honest or dishonest does he sound on the phone to the 911 operator? so, one other request that they never got to, because that interrogation video was so long, as the court day ended, so they'll rehear first thing in court this morning is that sound of the voice in his conversation of a recorded phonecall that brendan's mother, estranged girlfriends of creato, made with the help of detectives. and the prosecutor played some of that video in her closing that detectives had pointed out that his emotional outburst, being told, his son was found dead, only lasts five minutes. but before her closing creato's lawyers made a pre-emptive point to the jury in his closing about the video saying creato completely cooperates, answers every question in this video, and said, quote, i'll give you everything you need. now, creato's lawyer left him with this, karen, thomas, everybody react different throw hearing that a loved one has died or has been killed. so, he is saying hey, you can watch that and take from it what you want. but don't think just because his crying ended after five minute didn't mean that he wasn't still upset. >> it is true, it is true, all right, steve, thank you so much. it is 4:35 right now. there is a norristown man now under arrest for a hit-and-run involving a school bus accident that left more than a dozen student injured. we showed you the store when it happened. bus crashed, then flipped over on its side right on route 30, in east lamb pet err. one student, six year old boy, remains in the hospital right now. officials say the driver, who caused that whole collision, that left, was driving on a suspended license. james irving the thirds now being held on $100,000 bail. >> time now 4:36. police caught bartender at a popular main line restaurant serving up a whole lot more than beer and mixed drinks. investigators say, 31 year old hedson selling pot and cocaine right outside the restaurant during business hours. sources say the investigation started during a recent car stop in radnor. drugs and other evidence led police to that bartender. now, an undercover officer then made controlled purchases from the bartender during his work shift. >> cocaine in a establishment as well respected, through the back door, and that's unacceptable. it puts the public at risk and it puts your co-workers at risk. >> a second employee was taken in for questioning. police say the investigation is ongoing. one of the brothers who pleaded guilty in that pasquale case is on the wrong side of the law once again, back in trouble. twelve year old autumn pasquale disappeared from her home in clayton, new jersey back in 2012. her body was found in a recycling bin a few days later. dante robinson pleaded guilty to obstruction in the case and walked out of press none 2013. police arrested dante, who is now 21, on monday, for home invasion in sicklerville. his brother, justin, is still serving time for aggravated manslaughter in autumn's death. >> coming up on good day, there is pretty violent altercation that happened between a candidate right before the election and a reporter who is covering him. >> get the hell out of here. get the hell out of here. you are the guardian?
