possibly he was in possession of the handgun, that was found just about 1 foot away, from the sneaker. >> reporter: here's a shot in the grass right next to the sidewalk of the gun, and the sneaker. the other sneaker not on the foot of any of the victims as they all went to the hospital. somebody in a car drove the two teenagers, 16 and 17, to the hospital and maybe that is why we don't have both killed because both were shot in the chest at close range. this 21 year old shot this is neck, the third victim hard to believe a third victim just 21 is oldest of three victims but shot in the neck, bleeds badly all through streets, he is running four blocks right in the building that houses north east detectives abe both 15th and second district. the 30 lease of gotten the call at several 911 somebody else is out there somewhere who shot these guys with other guns and the guy that ran to the police department may have tossed a gun. so they don't even know what happened yet. they are thinking it could have happened in even worse scenario if more people were outside that rec center when all those bullets were fired. >> that is so often the danger, steve, thank you. the it just flipped from 4:35. from ogontz police say somebody tried to start a police koran fire. they know that because, they went up and saw gas tank area was opened and pieces of paper that was stuck in there much to say but this is last day to register to say it. at least in pennsylvania. you can register on line, just look up pa voter services at the pennsylvania state government web site. you can do that but you need to do it today but chances are if you do not get on line, some folks with those pens and paper walking across the city may find you and ask you to register to vote but big question is how are young people and first time voters feeling about the prospects, here's sunday night's second presidential debate between donald trump and hillary clinton saw potential for substance disintegrate in an all out slug fest and while we did see voter registration efforts at places like temple university campus for example young people from millennials and college students all together feel lackluster toward options at the top of the ballot. >> i don't actually think they are addressing any issues, they kind of just are bashing each other in the head, you know. >> reporter: you don't feel like you are getting anything out as a potential voter. >> exactly. >> i think hillary more so than trump is better for students but i don't think she address is them well enough, i would say. >> i would love to have a candidate that i am just completely passionate about and completely all for, but -- >> reporter: you have not seen that this time around. >> no. >> i don't think there is any if choices, that are also probable for me to be in the white house so it is just a real sticky election. >> reporter: we will see if they are coming to that decision and register. we can tell you some voters said on line and elsewhere they wanted to hear about issues impacting them directly in sunday night's debate like paying for college and job prospects once they graduate from college, by the way, in delaware you have until sat the day to register to vote a at a new jersey, you have until next tuesday, so a little bit more time, in other places at the delaware valley. >> down to the
