about that van or any 80 where it could be please call police. a $20,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction to this. karen hem fox 29 news. the shooting on the ucla campus left two dead police say it was murder/ooh side that took the lives of two men this afternoon. it happened at a small office in an engineering building. investigators say a gun was found along with what appears to be a suicide note. hundreds of police officers swarmed the campus after 911 calls reported that shots were fired. tactical teams stormed in the buildings and told students and staff to get out. >> i'm very terrified. i'm still shaking. there's not much else you can do. we were just scared that someone might break through that door and shoot us. didn't know exactly what we can do, but maybe try to take him down. >> most students or staff, new york students or staff was hurt and the campus was declared two hours after the shooting. police are still working to try and figure out what led up to the murder/suicide. things are feeling a little more seasonal on your fox 29 weather authority. while some of us have seen some rain and a lot of it, ultimate doppler radar shows a through parts of montgomery county. otherwise it's dry in parts of south jersey along with delaware right now. and temperatures still pretty warm. 82 degrees right now. the humidity at 52%. and look at the high. we squeaked out 90 degrees in the philadelphia area for today. we have 79 in dover. 76 atlantic city. 87 degrees right now in the lehigh valley. so if you're stepping outdoors, most of us with a 70-year-old college student and recorded it. authorities say 26-year-old ant and two hall had a relationship with a eastern university student. the teen had a willingly relationship with haul inside her dorm room but the teen's mother went to police after she learned. relationship. officer say hall had inappropriate photos and videos of the girl and never deleted them even after the teen asked. >> at this point, he has commit add violation of law. basically under the sexual abuse of children simply now because he's in possession of a child pornography due to the fact that the victim is 17 years of age. she's under 18, and a violation of the pennsylvania crimes code. >> police say the two men on social media -- met on social immediate y hall is facing sexual abuse children and child pornography charges among othe others. the philadelphia woman accused of planning to join isis now has a date set to appear in court. key i don't know is a thomas will head to trial on objection 17th. prosecutors say she tried to support the terror organization and even attempted to travel overseas to lend a helping hand. fbi agents arrested her in the spring of 2015. they say she was head to with a story many families should hear, bruce. >> reporter: solving the problems of the mental illness, addiction, suicide start with talking about them. first you have to get our attention. here's one way. 48-year-old greta schwartz says her feet were blistered, her legs were cramped. >> but once i started adrenaline kicked in and, you know, kept me going. >> reporter: and going and going and going. 80 miles over three days from her home in seaville to the state house in trenton. full size casket in tow to send a message about mental illness, addiction and side. >> to not be ashamed to speak up if you have a problem and to demand that the brain be treated equally as any other part of the body. >> reporter: greta was in the audience at stockton university last november when former rhode island congressman patrick kennedy -- >> no idea how i got there, no idea how i got home. >> reporter: detailed his struggle with addiction and mental illness. that speech coupled with her own family's experience convinced greta to as she put it get loud. >> people hide. they don't tell their stories, and it's going to take everybody standing up and getting in the faces of the politicians, getting in the community and saying, yeah, you know what, our family is suffering. >> reporter: during the long trek more than a dozen people came by to add names to the casket. symbolizing those who have taken their open lives due to mental illness or addiction. >> you saw them writing those names on there. what went through your mind. >> heartbreak. heartbreak. >> reporter: schwartz says mental illness and addiction carry a stigma that keeps families suffering in silence and allows politicians and insurance companies to down play the crisis. >> if you have cancer you'll go full treatment plan. until you're cured. it should be the same for mental illness. so everybody stand up, tell your stories, demand change. >> reporter: by midday on this third day, schwartz arrives at the state house for meetings with the few lawmakers willing to hear her plea. state police tell her the casket must stay outside. but great at a and her message have made it. >> i can believe it. >> there are resources available for mental illness and addiction but to access them, you have to admit the problem. greta schwartz has begun the conversation. she wants us to continue it. iain. >> bruce, thank you. philadelphia police are investigate a shooting involving one of its off duty officers. it happened late last night near broad and eye tioga streets in north philadelphia. authorities say an officer was leaving work a car hit his motorcycle throwing him off and into the street. the officer opened fire on the driver of the car after he says he thought that person was reaching for a weapon. >> the officer believed he saw a weapon. right now we have not recovered one. they have not indicated that there was one. what they have said to be candid they did not know he was police officer. and so when they saw the gun they did -- >> police say three of the four people inside the car turned themselves in. they say they didn't realize he was an officer thankfully no one is hurt. new at 6:00 pennsylvania's governor signed off on medical marijuana but do not expect to see green any time soon. what we learned about a complicated process today. plus special graduation. these clowns are now home. investigators say the off duty officer walk in to his mayfair home yesterday noticed his tv was gone and heard voices in the basement when he went to investigate police say ricky mosley charged up the stairs. the officer fired his gun but missed mosley. police say mosley and ryan owe henry ran away but they were caught a short time later. the officer is on administrative duty as the investigation continues. pennsylvania secretary of health says she expects it will take as long as two years to write regulations and make medical marijuana available through retailers to eligible patients. secretary karen murphy says her agency is writing regulations and fielding calls from people interested in becoming growers or processors. governor tom wolf signed legislation in april legalizing medical marijuana. the bill set standards for tracking plants and verifying physicians and licensing growers dispensaries and physicians much at lot of work. murphy says her agency expects to have new regulations in july that would guide parents on how to bring medical marijuana legal until another -- bought legally into another state into pennsylvania. the regulations would let parents
