getting back to the train issue, that's the big issue right now tracks behind the building as i mentioned, fear walbeck there could collapse on to the tracks. we do noah demolition team is here right now in essence trying to figure out how to knock out this wall without damaging those train tracks. in addition to the norristown manayunk line, three bus routes also being detoured for the time being route 33, 48, and 60. firefighters say because of the railroad tracks, on the back end of this warehouse they couldn't actually surround this entire fire which hurt the effort to put it out quickly. >> this fire was difficult to reach because in the rear you had the railroad tracks. so we were pushing the fire to the rear of the building, we had interior collapse, the fire burned through the roof, gives us more access to put water on the fire, which is a good thing. >> reporter: back live again as you can see some of the firetrucks pulling out finally, at one point, they had about with 120 firefighters working on this fire. again, the big story right now, the regional rail line foreigners town-manayunk closed we're being told, that septa will make a decision tomorrow whether this after 3:00 or just before 3:00 this afternoon on the 4900 block of wynnefield avenue. philadelphia police say the 24 year old was stabbed once in the chess. he later died at the hospital. police say no arrest haves been made, and no weapons were found at the scene. a philadelphia police officer is arrested for drunk driving on the job in a police car. investigators say officer darryl casey pulled up to the 12th district headquarters on woodland avenue last night that's where other officers noticed he was driving with three flat tires and bent rims. they also reported smelling alcohol, when placed into custody, police say he tried to fight and assaulted a supervisor. the six year veteran of the department has been suspended with intent to dismiss. >> to your fox 29 weather authority killed a man in frankford last night. police were called to apartment on the 4300 block of elizabeth street. that was just before midnight. they went to check on a report of gunshots, when officers arrived, they found a 24 year old man with multiple gunshots, to his chest and arms pronounced dead at the scene. if you have any information please, contact police. also, shots fired last night in kingsessing. the neighborhood there in philadelphia. police say two men in their 20's were inside a deli, on the 6500 block of elmwood avenue. they got into some kind of argument with another man. the cops say that that argument moved outside and a fourth man came up and opened fire on the two younger men. both were hit and taken to the hospital. they are expected to be okay, police are still looking for that shooter. >> a traffic stop in sussex county delaware, has led to drug charges for one man. cops have arrested 21 year old nicholas exler from lewes delaware. state police say they found 130 baggies of heroin, cocaine, and marijuana along with a bb gun in his car. he was arrested and now facing several charges including possession with intent to deliver. disturbing new development in the investigation into the crash of germanwings flight 9525. at the same time, memorials are held all over france today to remember the passengers and crew all killed in that crash. fox's amy kellog has the details on those memorials and a crash investigation tonight from the french alps. >> memorial services being held across france, to remember the 150 people killed in this week's germanwings crash. >> it is terrible. it is horrible for the families, there are no words for that. >> investigators say it appears the plane's co-pilot, andreas lubitz, intentionally brought real hard time for the families, and we want to share and tell them they are not alone. >> in recent days police have combed through through his apartment in germany. prosecutors say they found torn up doctors notes including one declaring the co-pilot unfit for work on the day of the crash. while a woman claiming to be lubitz's exgirlfriends told german newspaper that he was receiving pschiatric tonight. rescue crews are still searching for two people still missing after that devastating gas explosion. the explosion leveled three apartment buildings and ignited that massive fire on thursday injuring 22 people, investigators are still working to pinpoint the exact cause of that blast while continuing their search for those two men. one of them worked for sushi restaurant on the ground chased after him, yelling i'm going to kill you. until the principal intercepted her and called police. >> you know, when an adult says to a nine year old you know i'm going to kill you and i also know where a gun is, and i'm going to kill you with that, and the nine year old boy is so are so fearful that he runs out in package as, one shoe, and running back to probably what he believes is a safe place. >> the boy told investigators a teacher walked him home that day, and talked to johnson about how to better help him with his school work. the boy says after the teacher left johnson told him he was going to get a whooping. and hit him in the head with a baseball bat as well as in the face with her fist, and several times with a belt. >> you just can't punish children in this manner. there is one thing about discipline but it can't involve violence. >> prosecutors say johnson denied hitting her stepson. but investigators say the boy had a large welton his head, marks on his arm, scratches on his face and neck. when police arrested her the boy's father threatened to beat the boy too. saying quote i whoop that kid but it doesn't do any good. >> and i know that it is tough being a parent. and sometimes maybe if you are a parent that was raised in a certain way what is normal might be different but the reality is we know that when these types of situations are done to kids, there is great harm done, and that's what we're trying to do is protect them. >> maury glover reporting for us tonight. the boy is in protective custody. johnson charged with malicious punishment of a child in making lets. she was released from jail under the condition that she will have no contact with that boy. back at home, republican candidates for philadelphia city council at large square off today. the seven candidates took part in a debate in spring garden this morning, there are seven at-large seats on council. those members represent the entire city not just the district, two seats must go to the minority party which in philadelphia is the gop. and the race to become philly i's next mayor heating up with the primary right around the corner. on monday, news media hosting attempted murder. police say he opened fire inside a spring break party in man ma -- panama city. most were college students from alabama. one person was shot in the head several others were hurt police have not yet revealed any possible motive. a couple of pennsylvania state troopers are being hailed as heroes tonight after helping deliver a baby. one trooper just gotten off his shift when he saw a disable car on the side of the road near harrisburg. well it was a woman in labor a second trooper responded and together they tried to get miranda eaton to the hospital, but her new baby girl georgia bank robber right in his tracks. twenty-five year old mark catchem walked into a could be county bank, slipped the teller a note demanding money. he got the cash. one customer waiting in line noticed what was going on and followed him outside. well catchem was caught. that will good samaritan happened to be pack ago gun. he ordered the crook to the grounds, and held him until police from near and far gather at what was an unmarked paper's grave in delaware county. they came to honor a founder of one of the largest public service organizations in this country. it was a tribute 52 years in the making, for pauline, one of 22 college co-eds, who founded delta sigma fata sorority incorporated more than a century ago a group of which i too a.m. a proud member. pauline, a graduate of girls hi right here in philadelphia, made history in 1913 on the campus of howard university. she took part in the fight for women's right to vote there. but, the music composer, singer, all the or, and acclaimed educator, died in obscurity 50 years later. burr made plot along with three other unclaimed souls lost until a research team from the philadelphia alumni chapter of the sorority solved the mystery. and set in motion today's ceremonies to restore dignity and a permanent monument honoring her and the other people burried with colleen. -- pauline. >> we remember now with joy and we are on the very back edge of this storm system that's cycling across new england will push out into tonight winds will diminish, clouds will clear, too. it made for very cold afternoon. 41 degrees, that was it for the high temperature at philadelphia international airport. normally, for the end of march, we should be well into the 50's. normal high temperature, 57. this is also the time of the county. an off-duty darby township police officer was shot a short time ago. it happened on the 600 block of magnolia avenue in glenolden. right now there is no word on that officer's condition or the national guard. eight year old rowan wyndham was born with a rare bone marrow disorder. he spent more than a thousand days in the hospital during his life and will soon head to seattle. before he left local soldiers granted rowan his biggest wish enlisting him in the army. >> this week they held a special ceremony all to salute rowan, into and to support him in his ongoing battle. >> national
