both of us on the floor. >> reporter: no nine students heading to school on the bus were unhurt but it took a brave 12-year-old girl to get them out of the bus. >> i just jumped out and like i was just screaming, you know, get out come on we got to get out. just come out. and then everyone just really followed and it was good that we had that kind of training because like we've done this before but i never thought i'd need it. >> you invite the kids into your home. >> yes, we did. >> what was their did he mean. >> surprisingly very very calm. by mid afternoon a wrecker was dragging the bus from the home and the extent of the damage was visible. jill lafferty says the schoolbus driver the kids know him as driver dave, was on her lawn seconds after the crash. >> he kept asking over and over again are the kids are okay, are the kids okay? >> reporter: did he seem okay afterward. >> he looked like he was in a state of shock. he was really -- every bus driver's worst nightmare. you know what i'm not really thinking of the damage because that all can be replaced. honestly i just thank god my kids are okay. honestly that's what i keep thinking. the driver of that bus has been identified as a dave her beck police say he's 58 years old we're toll he's in good condition at this hour at abington memorial hospital. meantime whitpain township police probing the cause of the accident. was eight medical emergency that triggered it all? we do the bus carries a dashboard camera. police have that video look at. they're exists of a form of a black box which could indicate the neighborhood police discovered a woman's body. investigators found her in a shallow grave and now they're trying to figure out who put her there. fox 29's dave schratwieser is near that scene right now. dave? >> reporter: lucy crime scene investigators be homicide detectives are at the rear of a home here in the 4700 block of frankford avenue. you'll have to excuse we're underneath the el the trip going over. they're back there digging in a shall hoe grave that they believe could contain a 39-year-old female at the back of this home here. this all unfolded around 1:00 o'clock this afternoon when police were call to the scene. and began investigateing. at that time a man ran from the scene. he was pursued by police and at one point got into a confrontation with police. and then was tased. we spoke to a man who says he was on the street when all of this unfolded. >> i seen a couple of arguing and then they were like -- there was a physical dispute. domestic dispute they went back into the lot and next thing i guess the continue continued to dispute or get high or whatever they were doing next thing the guy comes out and the girl they have came out and the they call the cops then locked the guy up and then they wept back there and they found the girl dead. >> reporter: now police did secure a search warrant and began digging about half an hour ago at the rear of home you cannot see that from outside here on the front where we are. they are looking for evidence they went through two dumpsters at the front of the property also looking for evidence. they expect to be out here for an appreciable amount of time today. and into the evening. so until they find the remains of that woman that they believe are buried in that shallow grave the man was tased by police and believed to be involved is in the hospital tonight. several witnesses are down at the homicide unit. we'll bring you update at 6:00 o'clock. lucy. >> talk to you then, dave. also breaking right now scott? >> lucy, temperatures today pretty much stuck in the 30s. we saw cloud cover hanging on pretty much for the bulk of the day but right now, we are looking at some sun in old city and that is helping the temperatures out a little bit. 39 degrees right now. that's our high temperature so far today. but feels like temperatures still in the 30s when you step outdoors so, yeah, it is cold. look at the visible satellite that really tells the story for much of the day. we saw mostly cloudy skies. that prevented those temperatures from warming into the 40s for most of us. but right now we're breaking out into some of that sunshine across the area. temperature wise, upper 30s in wilmington as well as atlantic city. but where you've seen the sunshine longer, look at allentown. 45 degrees. that's the warm spot. but grab those winter coats, bundle up if you're stepping outdoors. 11:00 o'clock temperatures right around 36 degrees. so the next couple of days we're looking at crazy weather. another cold night but some showers along with thunderstorms even later on this week and get this, one day with high temperatures in the 60s to near 70 degrees. i'll talk about that when i and two teenaged sons started having seizures at a condominium they're renting in saint john last week. tonight he and his sons are in critical condition. federal environmental investigators are now looking into whether an illegal chemical was used to fumigate a room they were staying in. he's a school administrator at the tatnall school in wilmington wilmington. their spring break runs that was sunday. >> actress angelina joel system opening about her health and other tough decision. this is all about helping other women who are facing the same challenges. her doctors have been monitoring certain markers of her blood to gauge the chance of her developing ovarian cancer. the results came back worrisome enough that she died to have her ovaries and tubes removed. doctors only found benign tumor on one of her ovaries it's a less complex surgery than her double mastectomy it's jolie into forced menopause she's taking hormone replace many. to years ago she tested positive for a gene that greatly greatly increases the risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer the 39-year-old lost her mother, grandmother and aunt to cancer. she detailed her journey in the new york times today. so tragedy strikes again at one local intersection called the most dangerous in the country. >> a woman just trying to cross the street died. why people in the area say this is becoming all too familiar. portions of a widening project be checked to identify areas at a greater risk for icing. >> happening right now, tragedy on the road in bucks county. a woman tried to cross a busy intersection never made it. two cars hit her early this morning in bensalem. it is a scene that has become all too familiar with more a half dozen deadly incidents in the past decade. time magazine calls it the most dangerous intersection in the nation. fox 29's dave kinchen is in bensalem tonight. dave is anything happening to make things safer? >> reporter: well, public officials tell us they are well aware of the dangers here at knights and street roads but they say there really isn't much they can do to make everything saver. >> this whole road sucks. >> reporter: it's the verdict from drivers making their way through knights and street roads in bensalem hours after 28-year-old christina massey was killed. >> she was walking against traffic. she was struck fatally by two vehicles. >> this crash scene all too familiar for those who live and work in the area. >> i've seen a lot of those a couple of times actually. >> i really would not want to walk across this street. >> reporter: it's so bad time magazine declared this the most dangerous intersection in america in 2014. after analyzing data from the national highway traffic safety administration finding seven deadly crashes over 10 years. point to go bad signage aggressive drivers and jaywalk kearse. people here have their own grievances. >> it goes both ways. it's kind of hard to see to turn turn. >> people on their phones. people just doing whatever and not paying attention. >> everybody runs lights. i mean everybody is in a hurry to cut the arrow. i mean, breaking the lawman. >> reporter: what can be done to make this intersection safer? well not much according to bensalem's public safe doctor tee director. >> we do have a considerable amount of accidents in that area but it's not any fault of penndot's or the state or the township or road design or engineers. it's basic human beings not being patient wanting to cross either not at the intersection or cross against the light. >> reporter: he says this morning's deadly crash victim should have just waited for the light to change before crossing. avoiding senseless tragedy. >> it's second grade. you got look before you walk. and people don't. >> reporter: investigators tell us one of the drivers involved in this morning's crash kept on going after impact but may not have nope that they actually hit someone. police did catch up with that driver. they say both drivers are cooperating at this point since the investigation is still on-going police say there are no charges pending right now. back to you lucy. >> thank you dave. a license counselor whose clients include troubled teens is now in big trouble himself. money county prosecutors say he molested a teenaged girl. 73-year-old bernard rivas work out of his home office. police say in february he touched a 14-year-old client on intimate areas of her body. the girl was somehow able to travel him touching her. she says it happened on two occasions. and she gave police a detailed accident of the assault. they arrested hiv last week and he faces faces charges of endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and indecent assault. drug bust in new castle county delaware leaves to three arrests and discovery discovery of dangerous roll types. they live on the 5500 block of heritage court drive in wilmington. a three crier old lives in the home as well. they found cocaine marijuana an couple of loaded guns insider the house. cops also say 17 reptiles includeing a boa constrictor and several monitor lizards were recovered. those animals were brought and sororities on campus. one week ago police investigation found a secret facebook page tied to that school's chapter of cam at a delta roh. police say that secret page had photos of naked and semi naked women who were either asleep or passed out. penn state suspended the fraternity for year. university president eric baron says the panel will look into sexual misconduct and alcohol abuse within kennedy has the story. >> reporter: girard lieper who has been dubbed the naked man by his neighborhood cardinal glenn says he's the one who feels violated. >> lieper who neighbors say stands in his doorway and on the back porch naked won't admit to that. >> no one has seen me outside nude but when you want to paint a picture that you want to paint of someone you'll go to the measure whatever it takes. that is my concern with the community that i live in. >> reporter: he says neighbors have left him exposed violateing his right to privacy by snapping photos of him in his doorway but police say lieper is the one who has crossed the line. >> if this were not intentional we would not be able to enforce it. but we know from the videos that the neighborhood has provideed us that this -- these are intentional acts. >> reporter: it's enough to file charges against lieper but after a neighborhood meeting monday inside this church, community leaders think getting the so-called naked man' ms. help would be better than sending him to jail. >> this gentleman would need some mental or some counseling you want to say but right now the neighborhood is at calm. >> and they hope it stays that way. >> we got spring break coming up. we have summer coming up and our kids want to go outside. they want to be able to walk. they want to be able to walk back and forth through our neighborhood and that milder or warmer air will be headed in our direction by thursday with highs topping out near 70 degrees. out ahead of a cold front and behind that front temperatures drop again as we head into the upcoming weekend. so it's going to be roller coaster ride as we look at the visible satellite you can see much of the day we saw thick clouds really keeping those temperatures down. but right now, you can see we're starting to see more sunshine as those clouds thin out and that is allowing temperatures especially north and west to respond. we're dry and quiet but take a look off to the west this is our next system even severe thunderstorms erupting right now through sections of missouri with that watch box and this is the system that will eventually head in our direction. so a high pressure, that's been keeping us really cold across the area. that will move out. tomorrow clouds increase a few scattered showers from time to time but the main event with the heavier rainfall arrives thursday. thursday morning some scattered showers around. as we watch that slow moving front and out ahead of it those winds will be out of the southwest warm us newspaper the mid to upper 70s, but it's a little bit of a trade off because we have showers even some thunderstorms that could move through as we progress into your thursday evening and then we gradually clear thing out during the day on friday but it turns colder. so temperatures tonight mid 20s north and west. 30 in the city. we're looking at scattered clouds another cold night out there. so bundle up. then tomorrow,
