that both democrats and republicans agreed the most was trump' comments on clintons e-mails saying it is a disgrace that hillary's staff takes the fifth. highest disagree ratings for republicans was when clinton discussed how the economy soared in the '90's when her husband was. for democrats they disagreed the most when trump claimed we need law and order. it is national voter registration day at drexel university vice-president joe biden was on campus today to encourage young people to register. turning out the vote is critical especially when it's very close election. >> that start with independents and others have grown by over 57,000. in new jersey, in august, democrats have upped their ranks by nearly 32,000 republicans by over 10,000 voters while others dropped by 1800. and in delaware, democrats in august grew by 1300 voters. 533 new republicans registered and other voters jumped by over 1200. >> so register, vote. >> at drexel students seemed to get the message. >> will final respects to 41-year-old lawsuit christopher leach onofre today. viewing and funeral mass that day is opening to family friends and first responders. services for firefighter fickes begin on thursday with a public viewing and final funeral frid friday. on saturday a joint memorial service that is open to the public is at the chase center on the riverfront at 1:00 p.m. the firefighters died saturday and side a burning home on lake view road. a lot of questions tonight in reading after police say someone stabbed 16 year old boy to death. it happened sunday night on the 1100 block of locust street and police say it all started with a neighborhood dispute when teen identified by authorities as christian torres was killed. the berks county district attorney says they're looking for a person of interest that was wearing a mask on their head during the incident that is from the movie purge. >> three girls who prosecutors charged with the beating death of a 16-year-old girl are headed to trial. a judge in wilmington, delaware, scheduled the court date for april 3rd. it will not be in front of a jury. prosecutors will try all three girls who authorities believe are responsible for amy joyner francis' death as juveniles. now, on autopsy found that joyner francis who had pre sifting heart condition died of a sudden cardiac event during a bath rom fight in wilmington howard high school technology. in bridge gate trial jury heard the first testimony today that suggests new jersey governor chris christie knew about the traffic scheme as it was happening. david wildstein return to the stand in the case of against two governor christie's former allies testified that governor christie was told about the 2013 traffic jam while it was happening. seemed happy about it. wildstein is key witness for federal prosecutors he admitted and plead guilty to orchestrating the george washington bridge lane closures. christie has repeated denied those now complete. the bridge spans the wissahickon creek. penndot shut down the bridge in april to add new sidewalk and repair the arches underneath the bridge. that project costs $14 million. meanwhile penndot makes announcement today about another pig project to improve traveling between philly and the king of prussia. penndot and septa are partnering to expand travel on the i-76 corridor. the plain includes expanding transit on the manayunk norristown line using shoulder lanes to try and smooth the traffic flow and improve traffic on local roads. workers are also looking to improving the wo work. >> he was going to fix the down spouts and the gutter. he was going to clean gutters. he was going to clean the roof. he was going to fix the deck. he was here maybe two, three days in a row, and then maybe he'd skip a few days. >> reporter: even worse, block says he paid the guy up front and without a contract. >> it was all verbal. i thought, i said, i am dummy. why in the world wouldn't i ask for a signed estimate? >> reporter: he didn't call police until one day he noticed a chainsaw missing from his tool shed. >> why in the world would he take it when he would be the first person i would thought of. >> reporter: police were able to track down johnson only because block had taken down his license plate one day while he was working at the home. police say he ultimately plead guilty. today, block met with police and the district attorney's office at a local senior center. >> about how you can keep this from happening. >> reporter: police say they can do something if they spoke to high school seniors about why each vote counts and they encourage them to register before the deadline. one teacher at philadelphia high school for girls says he believes about 95% of the students registered today. >> i'm the social studies department chair and, you know, it's part of our department's responsibility to teach civic responsibility, and we try to do that. >> october 11 is this the deadline to register to vote in pennsylvania. some troubling statistics now from the world health organization. a new model from the united nations agency shows the majority of people tracking the timing of this storm. >> yeah, we had a lot going on this week, lucy. it will get more complicated. ultimate doppler you can see our front almost clearing the coast, and some clear skies working their way in. we have upper level low pressure system that continues to spin over the great lakes, and our weather will not totally clear until this is completely out of the picture. we also have some tropical moisture streaming northward so a combination of several different things that will combine to give us a rainy end to the month and end of the work week. right now 76 in philadelphia. far cry from this morning when we had gloomy dreary conditions. 65 in the poconos. cooler through south jersey and delaware. of course because we still have lingering cloud cover there but it will be a pleasant evening for sure. atlantic city 68. wildwood 68. right now in millville it is 68 degrees and as we look down the shore, wildwood, cape ma may point, avalon, upper 60s. the boardwalk in atlantic city checking near 70 degrees. so we'll watch this front continue to move offshore, but an area of low pressure along it will ride to the north and some tropical moisture will combine to keep some wet weather in the delaware valley as we work our way through the week. tomorrow afternoon temperatures rising into the 70s with increasing clouds and showers slowly moving up the coastal plane. i think tomorrow evening we will be seeing some heavy rain and that will continue into the day on thursday with some gusty on shore wind. so the fox future cast times us out. no issues tonight just a great night to be outdoors and even during the day tomorrow we start off with sunshine increasing clouds and then by about 6:00 o'clock we start to see some spotty showers, you can see some moving on shore as well. and some lifting up from the south. and then more rain filling in late tomorrow night. but the heft yesterday rain is going to be to the west. that has been the trend for the past 24 hours, so you want rain, but you don't want too much of a good thing. so additional showers during the day on thursday. lancaster westward it looks like we could see inches of rain which is a concern for flooding. and that rain will continue through friday as well. so as we look at the accumulation, wednesday night through thursday additional showers on friday you can see those reds further to the west. 2-inches plus in these areas and that could include new castle county, delaware. in philadelphia around an inch. where you see that purple through parts of chester county, also into south jersey into reading, berks county a little bit more than that possibly one to 2-inches of rain. over the course of that period wednesday night through friday. in the city overnight 58. in the suburbs 52. mainly clear and seasonably cool. this is where we should be for this time of year. it's been pretty warm around here though. during the day tomorrow 75. morning sunshine. increasing clouds and some spotty showers late in the day toward the evening period. so pretty much a rain free day on your seven day forecast after the break on wednesday, thursday rain and gusty winds. that bombing incidents in new york and new jersey say ahmad khan rahami' rights are being violatedly. aclu representing him after judges in both new york and new jersey denied public defenders the right to represent rahami. that's because the judges agree with prosecutor that is rahami had not officially been arrested by federal authorities since last week after he was in the hospital after he was caught during a shoot out with police. aclu has been informed he's still unconscious and investigators say rahami had planned this attack for months. another class action lawsuit has been filed against wells fargo bank in connection with that sales quota scheme. six former wells fargo employees filed the class action suit. they're seeking more than $7 billion in damages for employees who were fired and penalized for failing to meet senior management sales quote toes. the suit is a cushion the bank of orchestrating fraudulent scheme to boost its stock price that forced mose employees says that last year most newborns hospitalized with substance abuse issues were addicted to opioids. just who are breaking. a georgia man is in the fight his life 25-year-old man weighs more than 650 pounds. now he's on a mission to lose all that weight. he's already lost 60 pounds thanks to the help of a georgia hospital. fox's beth galvin has his story. >> reporter:. >> i'm feeling good. >> reporter: actua actually ramn mitchell doesn't just feel good. mingled in there you some is a another emotional he hasn't experienced much of until now. hope. >> when he first really started walking i think he surprised himself. really encouraged himself to say this is something i can do. >> reporter: what mitchell wants to do is lose at least half his body weight. but first the story of how he got to over 650 pounds. there aren't a lot of photos between the early years and the hard ones but mitchell says he grew up struggling with emotional eating and his weight and by his early 20s realing from the losses of three close family members, almost back to back -- >> i just wanted to shut down mode -- i just went into shut down mode and it was bad. >> i went from being like maybe three something maybe four to all wait up to six, 625. i was diagnosed way anxiety. heart failure, kidney failure. >> reporter: in august mitchell landed in piedmont fayette hospital with severe respiratory infection. >> because i had fluid all in my chest. >> reporter: he recovered but when it was time to be dischar discharged and go home that was weak and too big to stand up. >> i didn't want to it back. i felt like it was up to me to do what i need to do. >> nice smooth pushes. >> reporter: mitchell got really lucky break here at health south rehabilitation hospital. after hearing his story, health south agreed to allow mitchell to be transferred to inpatient facility where at no charge to him physical therapists assistant kelly atkins and the team members began working with him. to get him back on his feet. >> we warmed him up with doing leg exercises daily kind of working his cardiovascular health as well and his strengthening and endurance. let's go up and down like you're marching. >> in week and a half of intense daily physical and occupational therapy, mitchell regained his footing and his pride. >> from losing all mobility in my legs to being able to get my strength back in my legs. being able to walk now, i feel like that's an accomplishment in itself. >> you doing much better. >> reporter: now down 63 pounds, mitchell hopes this is just the beginning. >> he wants to eventually lose 300 pounds in about two year. >> i think it's highly possible. if that's what he really wants and striving for. >> he's highly motivated so he has best hopes for him in the future. >> reporter: for the fox medical team i'm beth galvin. mitchell is back in the hospital with some complications but he says that despite that, he feels better than he's ever felt and he hopes
