On august 6th last year kane was charged with eight counts, one of which is a felony. Kanes trial began last week august 8th and jury convicted her on all counts late last night. An inspection found roaches on the walls and lurking behind pipes. Castro is owned Plaza Garibaldi on 900 block of washington avenue for 14 years. The notice and 300 fine now right smack on his front door. I dont know if its the weather but they came out. Its really really hot. Its been extremely hot for last couple weeks. Reporter experts say the heat is contributing to the rise in roaches. Exterminator matt kelly of Prodigy Pest Solutions says when the temperature soars above 80 degrees the roaches actually start to fly. They start to come in frequent flyers and what theyre doing theyre looking for a cold spot to go in. Theyre looking for, you know, cracks and crevices or open doors, open windows. Prosecutors have charged 17yearold Donovan Daniels with a long list including attempted murder. Theyll try him an as an add dull he shot a deliveryman in the june. Police are still looking for a second robber. Authorities are Holding Daniels on 2 million bond. The man who he shot did survive. Philadelphia police are asking for the publics help finding one more man they say is behind a series of home invasions that targeted asian Business Owners throughout the city. Investigators say the duo are breakinbreaking into asian owned businesses and then they rob the owners who in most cases live upstairs. Usually there was force through a rear door.
