I work at ballys for 26 years almost and i make 8 and 99 cents an hour. Elaine malloy is a cocktail server. She says in the last 10 years, shes only gotten an 80cent an hour pay increase total. She says when the casinos were struggling in 2011 workers each gave back 1,500 to keep the industry a float along with other concessions. Now the business is up they made a good profit that theyve given themselves a pay increase and bonuses and incentives. So now its time to give back to the workers that helped you out in 2011.
