Runners and attendees will have to enter those secure zones with baggage screenings through checkpoints all up and down the length of the parkway 18 toth 25th street. Mayor Michael Nutter says out of a bun dance of caution people coming down this weekend should prepare. Spectators, motorists, runners and patrons all visitors to the parkway district are urged to proceed certainly with caution, be safe, be aware and be alert.
