at 11:00. we begin with breaking news out of philadelphia's grays ferry much police say someone shot 17-year-old boy in the head inside the twin dragon restaurant played out at just about 9:15 tonight on dickinson street. now we have new information where police say that people inside that restaurant even tried pushing door shut so the shooter couldn't get inside which is when they say he fired and bullet went through the glass door and hit a teen in the head. that teen is at penn presbyterian medical center in critical condition. no arrests as of yet. police say surveillance cameras inside and outside that take out will help in the investigation. any robbery would leave pretty much anyone rallied to say the leave. but police say a masked man didn't walk into local bank with just a gun. what he left behind scary enough to alert the bomb squad. thanks for joining us at 11 coliseum lucy noland. police in delaware county say gunman held up malvern federal savings bank demanded cash leaving behind what he called a bomb that sent nearby business noose lock down. dave schratwieser is live at philadelphia state police barracks. dave report roar lucy, that gunman with the so who've call bomb caused that bank to be evacuated and surrounding stores to be placed on lock down for 90 minutes while the bomb squad was called. it turned out that be a hoax. but this had lot of people on edge. >> there were cops, bomb squad, helicopters all over. >> reporter: it was a quiet tuesday afternoon at the palace lounge nail salon on baltimore pike in concord township when a state trooper walk in with this urgent message. >> the cops came in and told us not to leave. the bomb squad is coming and there was a robbery and something with about silver pontiac. >> reporter: state police say arm suspect just walk into the malvern savings been across the parking lot and shows the tellers a gun den manned money then placed a tube with some wires attached on the count and said, it was a bomb. >> i would have been scared. i would have freaked out. i would have panic. i would have left the building. um, even if they told me not to leave, i would have left the premises. >> cave scary knowing it's right across the street. >> reporter: word of a possible bomb a hundred feet away rallied the employees at the nail salon and smoothie king next year. while the device look real it was hoax. >> that's not good. especially in this neighborhood. to be a bank robbery you had to be plotting thon bank. >> reporter: state police say the suspect escaped in four door silver pontiac and released this surveillance photo of the gunm gunman. >> just imagine he could have came in here didn't the same thing. >> reporter: now, state police are still reviewing surveillance video looking for a better shot too common a car is not parked in front of the fire hydrant now, but this car was last week as two people were trapped inside a building across the street. they were eventually rescued but trying to connect hoses around the car at best waits precious time and at worse could force firefighters to find another hydrant. in with the hose hooked into it, it's kind of off balance that you don't get the straight hook up if you when you're standing in front of it. it puts a big impact on betting water supply o the fire report rot it happened two more times in reading in recent weeks. cars illegally he has been assaulting the boy twice a week. prosecutors have charged the port republic elementary teacher with aggravated sexual assault, official misconduct, criminal sexual contact and endangering
