tuesday. crews and vendors are setting up for all of the activities there including the stage. mary j. blige will headline the july 4th wawa welcome america concert starting at 7:00 p.m. along with other artists including manny gonzalez. boys two men will be honored and perform today. >> firework both on the delaware river and at art museum almost simultaneously off. >> independence day parade the us attorney's office. richard rizzo is from bala cynwyd and his family hasn't seen him since thursday. oh and friday they reported him missing. lower merion police recovered rizzo's truck and phone near rolling hill park on saturday but they found no sign of him. they do not suspect foul play. if you have any information on where he might be, call lower merion police. skyfox over what started oh us a house fire in mayfair then ended up as much more when fire crews got inside it turn into a police investigation they found drugs and money and they found chemicals in the basement. no one wasn't inside at the time. so no arrests but police are looking for whoever lives there. fox 29's joanne pell will he gee has the details. >> reporter: well firefighters respond to a house fire in mayfair. but they end up calling police after they discover a designer drug manufacturing operation in the heart of a family neighborhood. the call came in a fire in a row home in mayfair. skyfox was quickly over the scene in the 2900 block of lawn shore avenue. >> i looked out and the house down the street was on fire. and that's all i know. >> there was a bunch of fire trucks, hooking ladder thing. they were up at the windows smashing the, um, air-conditioners out of the window. >> reporter: neighbors were scared but firefighters worked quickly and then made a new discovery in the basement. >> then they said that it was a drug house. >> report roar police found synthetic marijuana, along with a chemical acetone in the house which may have caused the fire. detectives also recovered heroin and cash. no one was home when the fire started. >> this is the first on our street. there's been drug busts down on the next block and up the street two weeks ago. >> reporter: did you know what was in the basement. >> neighbors say a new owner just bought the row home and had rented it out. we weren't able to find the tepp nantz. >> i grew up here, so it just makes mow sad. just does. you see families it's really sad. >> reporter: it's just a nice neighborhood. >> reporter: neighbors are of course worried that the drugs will bring crime and violence to their street in mayfair. police are continuing their investigation into the marijuana lab and drug discovery. at the 15th district i'm joanne pileggi, fox 29 news. the ntsb investigate a deadly house explosion in land cast county. the blast killed a ugi utility worker and hurt two others yesterday afternoon in manor township. they were responding to report of a gas odors on the 200 block of springdale land. officials believed the blast was a natural gas explosion. home own are in made it out safely. ntsb by the way has juries dick over some significant pipeline explosions. check out this video. it her car like this. neighbor's video camera showed what happened. someone in a pickup truck with a cab on it slammed into her car backed up and then took off. >> i'm hearing impaired we didn't hear the crash. someone took something from me and walk off. this is how i get to work every day. this is how i take my daughter back to school. i'm a single mom. i uber for extra money. can't do that any more. >> reporter: it happened at a bus stop across the street from a school and some neighbors are sick of it. they say crashes here are too common at least five within a few blocks just over the past couple of months blamed on reckless driving. >> the lot of accidents. people rolling through the stop signs not stopping stopping. people running the red lights. >> it's road rage. it's careless
