Reporter bill cosby leaving the Montgomery County courthouse after yet another day of jury deliberation with jurors having yet another question asking to rehear testimony from a Toronto Police officer married to accuser andrea constands sister cosbys defense team objected before that question was read. Moving yet again for a mistrial. Saying the jury said it was deadlocked two days ago with 36 hours of trial time and 52 hours of jury deliberation already lapsing. Judge oneill reject the motion saying yet again theres no indication the jury is not actively deliberating trying to figure out this case and come to verdict. In the reread testimony the Police Officer said he immediately told his family that the family that constand needed to get a lawyer in 2005 to represent her. Where we are learning new information about the death of star wars icon carrie fisher. Los angeles county coroner says she died from a combination of sleep apnea and other undetermined factors. So the coroner was unable to conclusively determine the exact cause of death. Carrie fisher died on december 27th at the age of 60. Her mom Actress Debbie Reynolds died the very next day. New tonight, a huge tentative deal finally reached in the city of philadelphia. The School District has come up with a contract agreement with the Philadelphia Federation of teachers and it certainly has been a long time coming. Theyve come up with a tentative contract agreement that Superintendent William hite says will restore stability. Stability means that we have teachers who are not looking to go other places. Several agents including the coast guard and fire crews searched for the teens last night but their bodies have not yet been found. Hundreds of Text Messages were presented as evidence over six days of testimony. Defense lawyers argued that roy had a history of depression and suicide attempts and was determined to take his own life. But the judge says carters actions created a risk and her failure to act to save him caused his death. There are no winners here today. Were starting to have very important conversations and then when we talk about the flag, just even the unveiling of this flag has spurred conversations not just in philadelphia but around the country. Amber hikes is the director of the office of lgbt affairs the flag was mentioned last week at city all added black and brown stripes to the lgbt rainbow flag. Many supported the flag. Some were uncomfortable with it but amber said the flag and even protests they represent progress. So what ive seen people starting to live listen.
