Jeffrey sandusky of course innocent until proven guilty. Tonight hes being accused of slit sit to go young teenaged sisters and the da tells me they have the evidence to prove it. More than five years after Jerry Sandusky was first arres arrested, now its his 41yearold adop adopted son jey sandusky leaving a courtroom Near State College monday following his arraignment. We spoke to the District Attorney via face time. Naturally probably had the same thought as lot of people have that this is pretty ironic and shocking. Reporter younger sandusky facing 14 charges accused of slit soliciting two young sisters. Ba, in march of last year, sandusky texted a then 16yearold girl and repeatedly asked her to take naked pictures of herself and send them to him, that its not weird because he studied medicine, and that he had already seen her nude which the girl believes is not true. The teen never complied to anything saying, i dont know how many times i need to tell you no. He never was able to physically do anything or take advantage of her, um, but he sure tried. Next day sandusky tried again before telling her to erase all the texts. Instead she passed them to her father who contacted police. The affidavit says the girl also told her 19yearold sister about the texts. The sister telling police that in 2013 when she was 15 sandusky texted her asking her for oral sex because he wanted to know how it felt. She then disclosed well, yeah, he was inn appropriate with me, too. Reporter older sister says she told sandusky to never say anything like this to her or her sister again, and he allegedly said, i cant even say anything except im sorry. The girls had the wherewithal to resist the solicitation and the minor evidenced captured in text message that is we were able to locate and have as evidence he specifically she specifically told me stop it, youre making me uncomfortable. Leave me alone. The da is telling me they did ask for no bail in this case. It was set, however, at 200,000. The younger sandusky is a state correctional officer. He has been suspended. We did tonight reach out to his attorney but at this point we have not heard back. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for next wednesday. Lucy . Thank you brad. Former penn state football coach Jerry Sandusky is currently serving prison sentence up to 60 years. A jury convicted him in 2012 on 45 counts of sexually abusing ten boys. Jeffrey sandusky was often in court during his fathers trial. Final fate of philadelphia soda tax is still up in the air tonight. Pennsylvania Supreme Court refuse add request from the city to make a final decision on the legality of that tax. In november the court denied a similar petition from the american beverage association. The tax on soda and other sugary drinks went into effect last month.
