Take a look at the wind direction more out of the south right now. Close to 10 miles an hour in philadelphia. 12 miles an hour out of the south in wilmington. So once again, it is still cold. 33 degrees right now in philadelphia. But look off to the south and west. 61 degrees right now in memphis. Near 70 in dallas.
