He confessed to that. Police arrested kaplan after a surprise visit from bucks county Child Welfare officials. We believe that these children came from Lancaster County to bucks county, um, with their parents and some kind of strange thing happened to mr. Kaplan that theyre staying in this house. The other nine children and parents had been staying with kaplan when he fathered the two youngest children. Known as the sherpa fie fire it scorched more than six square miles season barely contained.
