Reporter there sure is, dawn a family source of two teenaged boys tells me tonight that violent video was actually taken back in january but not released on social media until today. That video frankly we have to warn is you very violent, very difficult to watch. 15yearold boy getting beaten senseless. To night west Deptford Township police have confirmed an investigation. The chilling sounds of punches landing to the face a barrage of blows to an unidentified 15yearold boy curled up on a couch trying to protect himself. The man in the video that is now gone viral is reportedly a mixed martial arts fighter and Fitness Instructor from west deptford but since hes not been identified, were not showing his face. No one deserves that. Oh, my god. Reporter video scene more than a million and a half times on social media has many shaking their heads. Thats just disgusts me, and that thing is a coward. We have a lot of crazy people in this world. Reporter the man in the 522nd clip is heard threatening his 15yearold victim and his 16yearold cousin there with him. Family says the teenagers know that man from local gym and had another man record the attack. And he may now just be the most hated person on the internet. A Facebook Page set up asking for people to post information about the man. Comments posted like, he needs the same done to him. And this isnt bullying. This is assault and its a cri crime. What i saw was a bully. Reporter robert runs the next jenn gym in martial arts in west deptford he teaches anti bullying classes for kids and he doubts the man in the video is any kind of professional fight fighter. What i saw on that video is typical of cowards. Its not typical of fighters. Typically that personality shies away from room like this. Reporter now the victims family tells me that boy suffered cuts and bruises to his face. They claim they dont know why that boy was targeted. Police tell me tonight they have talked to the man in that video. So far no arrests, lucy, they are trying to piece this altogether tonight. Lot of questions, all right, chris, thank you. Another night of mourning in brussels in the aftermath of terror attacks in u. S. Capitol city. Memorials are popping up includes this one in brussels so big. As septa trains crews through the darkness in north philadelphia wednesday night, they passed abandoned lot a few feet away at 17th and indiana where police made a gruesome discovery that now has them searching for answers. 39th district officers on bike patrol were in the area 3,000 block of normal 17th street while riding and patrolling that area they observed what believed to be human remains aunt blue tarp. Reporter with those suspicions confirmed bite medical examiner crime scene investigators returned to the trash strewn fenced in lot wednesday. They began searching for more skeletal remains as they carefully tried to piece together the bones. They combed through trash, took pictures and searched the area hoping something might help them solve this mystery. The medical Examiners Office is doing a more thorough investigation. Thompson the owner said she noticed the child chewing but they had not been served breakfast yet. So she checked and found a packet in her mouth. Thompson says she immediately called authorities and then rushed the child to the hospit hospital. Police say she saved the little girls life. We practice our emergency procedures so everyone was able to react in a timely and effective manner and thats just what happened. Its not the fact shes in daycare. Its personal. Its a child that i know that i love and i care about. Reporter and back here live Thompson Says she feels strongly that the little girl did not get the drugs from inside the daycare and in the meantime police say theyre still trying to determine if that child may have had the drugs when she was dropped off at daycare. Governor wolf were will not veto the latest package but hes not signing it already. He was hoping for multi billion dollars tax increase to fund schools but they gave him half of what he was hoping for. The more than 6. 5 billion package includes no new taxes and will take effect on monday. Wolf will allow the bill to become law but will not put his signature on it. Once again the math doesnt work. The money it claims to provide really doesnt exist. This budget is not in balance. It has the kind of problems that have plagued past budgets here in harrisburg.
