Philadelphia police have identified the victim as 15yearold xavier stern. His body was found inside a broken down Lincoln Town Car on park avenue near cumberland street in north philadelphia. Someone discovered the body and called police around 7 00 last night. Now police say the body had at least one gunshot wound to the head. Detectives did not find a gun at the scene of the shooting. They are still trying to determine if the death was a murder or a suicide. A man is facing charges of Sexual Assault on a child in woodbury, new jersey. Jawn cam pose more hal rales is behind bars in salem county, and now investigators say immigration officials are looking into his background. Hes accused of sexually assaulting a minor several times in 2014 and even earlier this year. A woodbury schoolteacher first went to police with the accusations.
