Philadelphia police have identified the victim as 15yearold xavier stern. His body was found inside a broken down Lincoln Town Car on park avenue near cumberland street in north philadelphia. Someone discovered the body and called police around 7 00 last night. Now police say the body had at least one gunshot wound to the head. Detectives did not find a gun at the scene of the shooting. They are still trying to determine if the death was a murder or a suicide. A man is facing charges of Sexual Assault on a child in woodbury, new jersey. Hes accused of sexually assaulting a minor several times in 2014 and even earlier this year. A woodbury schoolteacher first went to police with the accusations.
