Lets take a look at the current numbers right now and you can see these are the actual air temperatures. It is nine in wilmington as well as millville. Its six in reading. Two below right now in the pocono mountains and 11 in philadelphia but you have to factor in the wind and it feels like eight below already in philadelphia. It feels like 16 degrees below zero in reading and 25 degrees below zero in the pocono mountains. So frost bite can set in win 15 to 30 minutes when we have wind chills 15 to 25 degrees below zero for parts of the lehigh as well as the delaware valley. You can see highlighted in all of those counties we are looking at the advisories. And then toward the pocono mountains we have wind chill warnings through friday. Feels like temperatures for a time cog 25 to 35 degrees below zero. The frost bite times there 10 to 15 minutes for your exposed skin skin. Bonechilling cold outside watch it reporter led to indoor track practice for runners with the newark elite track team. These kids may want to burn energy tonight because tomorrow school is canceled. Only fox 29 was there when it happened. Police say Security Guard caught the man stealing bars of soap from a germantown store. Reporter lucy, quick work that Surveillance Video was only out about four hours when the suspect was seen by police to alert Police Officers saw him on the street. Took him into custody after they saw that Surveillance Video on twitter. Only fox 29 was there as two alert 14th district officers grabbed a guy off the street thursday night. They believe is the suspect caught on tape brawling with a Security Guard monday night after he tried to steal bars of soap from this rite aid. Four bars of soap . I would have gave him bar of soap. Reporter that was the refraction rite aid customers after Police Released the Surveillance Video showing the would be robber fighting with the store Security Guard. Theyre sick. Why would you steal four bars of soap . It dont make sense to me. Everybody want to be clean but you know not that way. Reporter it happened monday afternoon around 5 00 when the suspect entered the store and allegedly swiped four packs of dial soap. Then tried to buck out. Security guard spotted him and tried to stop him. Its a good thing this guy didnt have any weapons or anything on them him. This could have got more serious serious. Brawl over that is crazy. Aint worth it. Reporter full fledged brawl at the front door ended when the suspect dropped the bag of soap and fled. Regular customers here wondered why the suspect would steal soap. Its petty. Strange twist tonight in what appeared to be a deadly road rage shooting in las vegas a mother was gunned down in shot out near her home last week and family members now say she was close to the young man under arrest. Tammy myers husband said the 19yearold lived only blocks away from their family. Myers was killed during a shoot out in her driveway last week. Police have arrested eric, today in connection with her murder. His mother visibly shaken moments after her sons arrest. Myers husband was also at the scene letting officers know how he felt. Police say myers originally wept looking for another driver after a dispute on the road. Authorities believe that person ended up following her back home shooting her in the head. Police are still looking for another suspect. A teenager convicted of murder sentenced to life prison without parole went back to court to get a lighter sentence it didnt work. A jury convicted nick lag coia his brother and another teen of brutally beating 16yearold Jason Sweeney to death in 2003. Coia was 16 at the time of the killing.
