report of a missing man. crews are searching near the 11th avenue jetty, crash happening at 11:30 last night. we have a crew on the way. we will have more information as soon as it becomes available. reporter: let's first show you the scene because we shot it saturday night after hearing from police from police headquarters where victim was knock right out of his shoes. when hit he was getting in his car parallel parked here on north 27th street this is in east camden right the here near high street just past 9:00 on saturday. it happened in front of the maxwellness center which looked lit up, opened at the time. nearby police found a surveillance camera which gave them a grain i usable black and white shot of the white van that hit the man and then took off. police think it is a ford model van and satisfaction it is seen going down 27th toward river avenue and police think it likely has damage to the front passenger side. victim whom police have not publicly identified just yet was family argument led to the deadly shooting in west philadelphia yesterday morning, john map, who was shot and killed on the 5800 block have of filbert street. police say his own brother, hoist a par shooting rampage. his trial is scheduled for december. meanwhile a major blow for same sex marriages in colorado, licenses are on hold as a judge hears an appeal claiming those marriages are unconstitutional. colorado supreme court issued an injunction on friday stopping officials from issuing anymore licenses. earlier, a lower court ruled that the state's ban on same sex marriage is says he will continue to fight to enforce the ban. four emergency workers have have been pulled from their jobs following the the death of a man who is being arrested in new york. activist in new york held a rally over the weekend demanding answers in the death of eric gardener. he died after police placed him in a choke hold during an arrest on thursday. it was announced yesterday that two emt's and two paramedics responding to that medical call are now on what they call modified duty. this comes after two office officers involve in the arrest were assigned to desk duty. you have to see this, jersey, following this boating crash. the crash happened and # 1:30 last night at 11th and avenue jetty, 11th avenue jetty. rescue crews are still searching for another person. we talk to a witness just moments ago. >> i was about to go to bed and i live across the street. i heard a big thud. when i heard help, help, help screaming. i knew it was somebody in the the water because you could tell. and run happened just past 9:00 here on saturday night in camden and within 24 hours police released this 172nd surveillance tape of the white man who critically hurt a guy who was opening a door of his car parallel park right here on north 27th street when he was hit. the grain i black and white vehicle shows what is thought to be a ford van going down north 27th towards river avenue in east camden right after the accident. now police think there is likely, on the the van and video not clear or close enough to show the license plate unfortunately. we shot our own video of the scene here saturday night shortly after the accident happened. this is between 9:00 and 10:00 o'clock. you can see here on north 27th street and high street right on the corner of the front of the maxwellness center the victim knocked out of his high top basketball shoes, critical at last report from police right across the street from their headquarters at cooper hospital no public identification just was found in the northeast philadelphia creek. body found in the creek at penny pack park near the 3100 block of rhawn street yesterday. it is that of a white male. investigators are trying to figure
