temperature then that mix rolls in on thursday night, and little bit of snow probably on friday morning. very frigid day on saturday, highs only in the mid 20's, sunday then we have sunday night into monday, monday being groundhog day, chance of another event there is one could end up being a wintery mix, still got to get a handle on that one. and then another cold day to follow on tuesday. so lots of winter weather in that seven day forecast. i don't know if the groundhog's going to have a chance to see his shadow, bob kelly. >> it will be snowed in there. >> i know. >> good morning you know the other argument is where is the hat and gloves that i told to you wear yesterday? where is it? didn't wear. >> the worse when it is out in the car then they got to race out in the snow. >> or temperatures this cold, especially, when you factor in the wind. and you have a single digit windchill in philadelphia. nine is what it feels like outside. so keep that in mind. it is real a biting cold out there this morning. sunrise, doesn't happen until 7:13 this morning and at least we will have sunshine today. but it is still going to be cold, so you know what we'll say, deceiving sunshine, because that's how it is. twenty in the city, 16 in pottstown, 17 degrees in allentown, single digits in mount pocono, millville has 20 degrees, 20 in dover, 21 in wildwood. but this is what it feels like, dress for single digit windchills this morning, ten below is what it feels like, if you're up in mount pocono, and we have 9 degrees windchill in wilmington and wildwood. we have what to expect for the rest of the week, both single digit windchills this morning and some icy spots around, as well, keep that in mind, especially when you're walking, because we did get that precipitation yesterday could have frozen over this morning, if the surface wasn't treated. now sunny cold for the mid week. that's today and tomorrow. but then it is tomorrow night into friday that we have some light snow possible, maybe even bit of a wintery mix that is from our next clipper system. so more details on that coming up. today, though, expect sunshine, high around 30, 32 degrees, but the winds making it feel colder. then tonight low temperatures in the city, 13 degrees, and enough after winds to make it feel like it is in the single digits once again. so, we have some bone chilling cold out there, bob kelly. hopefully no problems on the roads. >> not yet. 4:32 sue good morning everybody. you know the light dusting of snow that you think oh, i'm not going to shovel that, it is frozen over this morning. so it is one sheet of ice the sidewalk your front step, the driveway, maybe even the parking lot. the boss didn't want to pay for the snow plow to come through to push aside that dusting. that's all i like to call, the chunky ice this morning on the knot only the roadways, your secondary roads your untreated road surfaces but also some of the sidewalks. good morning to the new king of prussia, the ramps from 202 to the schuylkill expressway, so the on and off ramps if your tires kind of catch that far left side that far left lane or that far right lane, you see that little bit after glare, that's all that we need to have couple of slip and slides this morning. now, here's the deal at the airport. normal operations, kickback in today, they say arrive early and just remember, if your flight on monday at 7:00 was canceled you just can't show up today at 7:00 and get on that same flight. you have to re-book. so if your flight was canceled, you got to re book, and you can check with your airline for doing that. full service resumes today across the board on new jersey transit. so we're back in business there. amtrak says they've modified schedule today, new york to boston, that's better than we were this time yesterday. and full service between new york and washington and the market frankford broad street subway still using the buses until 5:00. then we my last hit, lou will you lemon makes men's clothing as well. i said it was a women's yoga clothing store but it makes technical athletic clothes for yoga running working out and moles other sweaty pursuits. even though construction work is definitely a sweaty pursuit, lulu lemon does not sell construction hard hats, but that's an item the ladies shopping inside here when they were hit by all of the sealing debris wish they were trying on as the lights, the bricks, and the tiles came crashing down on them, at quarter to 4:00 here yesterday. >> we heard large bang and heard the fire engines looked out the windows on our i guess it would be, our east side of the building, and saw bricks and a large hole in the top of lou will you lemon's store. we came down, and saw that the roof in the store had collapsed, completely, went back up to our floor contacted the building owners, and looked outside and kept an ion what was going on. nothing else fell. the building has been fine as long as i've been a tenant here since, i don't know, three years. >> well, as far as building chances go, especially in center city, this one more scared than sad. all three young women hurt, all age 27, all okay, and all almost instantly out of the hospital after a quick checkup over at hahnemann. the building's check cup not go as smooth. the now familiar licenses and inspection orange and keep out closed sticker you see on the front door showing more investigation into why and how repairs ordered before there is a when and safe to reopen is determined. now, before you two guys got to town, just about six blocks away, we had a building collapse while other young women were shopping at a thrift store at 20th and market. that will one was horendous. six people died. workers and shoppers in that. and that's still fresh on the minds of everybody around here in philadelphia when they hear building collapse, especially down here in the shopping district, not far off rittenhouse square. >> and that one triggered lawsuits against the contractor what, two summers ago at this point steve? >> reporter: yes, two june's ago. not just lawsuits in the civil court, but a criminal case, guys charged with manslaughter, and that's still ongoing in the criminal courtesies tell, as well, you will be covering. >> against that contractor, all right, steve keeley, thanks so much. meantime at 4:37, coming up: ghost busters reboot. finds out who will star in the new all female version of that original movie from the early 1980s. >> have you heard about this hacker threat toned release new photos -- nude photos of taylor swift. but guess what she is doing? shaking it off. her response coming up next. ghost busters. >> all female reboot of ghost busters has reportedly been cast. >> and three s&l ladies are in. here's a good indication the rumors are true. director paul figurefifo? >> s&l member kristin and current s&l cast members kate and leslie, the fourth lead will be melissa. >> mccarthy. >> ridiculous. >> from mike and molly. >> all right taylor swift is the latest celebrity, i know her name pretty well, to have her social media accounts hacked. they posted messages on her instagram and twitter pages threatening to row least nude photos, once the situation was cleared up, the 25 tweeted any hackers saying they have nude you would love, that wouldn't you? have fun photo shopping because you got nothing. >> so, in other words, she never took any photos of herself or had them taken. >> apparently. you got nothing, she said. >> good for her. >> that's right, sue serio you got nothing. >> how do you say it? >> i don't know that i would say you got nothing. i would have probably been a little bit -- >> why do people take nude photos? they will get out. just don't do it. >> just don't do it. >> rule of thumb. >> thank you. still ahead, a pregnant woman hit by a car and cops say her boyfriends was behind the wheel. the horrible things witnesses heard him say. >> plus, talk about a gold rush. thieves break into a california museum still at golden nugget, h >> ♪ ♪ each there it is. >> that's when we looking at the future cast. there is the stupid storm from yesterday, which we would love to just get out of here and move on. but, no, it is still snowing in the state of maine light flurries around boston, starting to ease up in long island leftovers from the mess that they had yesterday. and so many people measured their snow in feet instead of inches. we weren't among them. and neither was new york city. so, you know, storm didn't perform. now let's move on. we've gotten clear skies in philadelphia right now. what's that doing? it is making things cold for us. so let's look at the future cast. and kind of move through the rest of the day today. plenty of sunshine. it will still be very cold. we start off thursday morning with increasing clouds, by about 10:00 o'clock in the morning. it is pretty cloudy by 3:00. this computer model shows us, oops, there it is, the clipper system, as early as 6:00, 7:00 in the evening tomorrow, spreading some quick snowfall through the area. doesn't look like it will be hanging around very long to amount to much. but you know the drill. it will still be slippery around, and there is probably going to be some light rain to the south of us. so, that's out of here pretty quickly. and it looks like it is gone by friday, may not even be an issue for friday morning. let's talk about some of the wind speeds this morning because that's making the colds temperatures feel even colder. we have 20-mile per hour sustained winds in reading this morning 15 miles an hour, atlantic city, gust that is are even higher. it is really winds any reading, 31-mile per hour wind gust, 30 miles per hour in mount pocono, 22-mile per hour wind gust in dover delaware, how your morning is cold, cold cold, cold, cold. we look at those county by county temperatures, temps in the teens windchills in the 20's. so here's the deal. we've got 32 degrees here, sun in the morning, the mix or snow depending on where you live, in the evening on thursday may last into friday morning, probably not but again, this is the early call frigid day on saturday, with a high of 24. then looks like another little mess moving on in sunday night, into monday, monday is the second day of february, also known as groundhog day. we'll have to see what happens with little punxsutawney phil, see if they have the weather he won't see his shadow but still little early. just plan on cold cold temperatures today bob? >> we'll put
