Now we will see really heavy rain by 2 00 in the morning and southern delaware, southern new jersey and then again that line between rain and snow starts to move north of philadelphia and so that by sunrise were seeing rain and only rain and really heavy rain a along the shore and then snow moves up in the northern and western parts of our viewing area up toward the mountains. By 9 00 in the morning it is still raining. Were getting lots of rain but by noon we are winding down and still feel effects with the wrap around moisture until 3 00 in the a afternoon. After we get that several inches of accumulation of snow it does look like it will change over to rain for most of us. Guests telling them someone claimed to work for the hotel called their room asking for credit card information claim the the computer erased the information or something was wrong with the card. Police say three of those 15 guests gave the the man information and soon found purchases had been made ranging from 142 to more than a thousand bucks. You just expect if the telephone call comes in the the hotel and you are in the the hotel and in a safe area. That is pretty believable. Potential amounts before the the changeover up to 2 inches around philadelphia and just across the river and then we will go into montgomery county, and bucks, and you see maybe two to 4 inches before the changeover because as you just saw it looks like everybody will be seeing rain. Were still below freezing but if there is a wet spot somewhere it is an icy spot.
