Zephyrhills police say theyre persons of interest in the death of culps 18monthold cousin, sebastian lieb. Culp is sebastians guardian. Early saturday they got a home found the child not breathing in the doorway. The toddler later died. It was heartbreaking to all of us that responded to the scene. Reporter Police Became suspicious when they noticed bruises on the child. She havent revealed a cause of death and so far burghy and culp are only charged for drugs police say they found in the home.
