A pick up truck struck 5 yearold Austin Crawfordas he and his sister road bikes in front of his next door neighbors home. Deputies say the boy turned and traveled into the road. The passing driver hit him. A neighbor shared memories of the child. We learned neighbors and family tried to save austin by performing cpr. Medics transported him to the hospital where he died from injuries. Were told the driver is cooperating with investigators. I can only if speed factored into the crash.
