Building official Jim Frederick says county started looking into complaints about varner a year and a half ago. When varner had 43 open permits. He said county opted to come u instead of taking action on his license. As part of that agreement, they let varner continue to pull more permits. Why did he need to be able to keep pulling permits in order to finish the jobs at the top of list he shouldnt have needed to pull permit to finish the other work. I mean the contractors and contractors are required to apply of money they receive on if florida contractor uses money from one customers job to pay for another customers job, its called misapplication of construction funds. Its against the law. If the county has reason to believe that is whats going doing at what point is county com police it in allowing him to do this misproopt which isil legal . Well, i dont think we are complicity with his actions. We have a responsibility to look charges, but if its not our decision to it goes before a board.
