"money power politics" is next... then "good day" starts at 4:00 am. from all of us here at fox trump rallies his base in tampa. the state he cannot afford to ludz. >> this race is not over. many, many want to say it's over for 12th time they counted donald trump out. >> we have a new forecast in the battle for the white house and congress. we continue our investigation of voter fraud and the threat of hackers. >> it's a terrifying thought to think our system could be hacked. >> the greatest system in the world. >> this is money, power & politics. wf some big changes tonight on the forecast map. we start with the state of texas. the real clear politics model moved that state about as republican as you can get. from trump to toss up. the poll shows clinton is within three opponents of trump in the state of texas? and an average of polls show clintons within five points in texas. donald trump doesn't buy it. his come back is you can't always trust the polls. >> investors business daily, last election and the two elections before that. just announced that we are leading nationally by two points. >> that investors business daily poll shows trump is tied with clinton across the nation. knocked down six points as the average shows. so trump can hold out some hope most of the other polls are wrong. just as the polls were wrong with brexit and britain and the polls were wrong in greece and most show clinton is strengthing on the map and roads says it's not good for trump. >> what is trump's path to victory or doesn't he have one? >> if he plays it inside straight he could get it. i doubt he's going to be able to play it. >> the map turns against trump in places you would not expect. not just texas, which we just showed you. utah is about as republican as you can get. nearly 50 points. but it's now also in the toss up column just like florida. so how can that be? let's start with alisha kuna who shows us what's changeing in utah and what it means for trump. >> for the first time in 52 years, a significant number of voters might not vote for the gop nominee. >> republicans have a three to one advantage with party identification in the state. three to one. it should be easy. >> for this and home of the church of jesus christ of lat r day saint, donald trump has not been an easy sell. something he acknowledged this summer. >> i'm having a problem in utah. utah is a different place. >> it's people that say things like i want to look my kids if the eye and tell them i did the right thing. >> which is how the idea of voting for independent, conservative member of the mormon church native presidential candidate evan mcmullin game a thing. >> it was great. and his running mate on the ballot in eleven states were virtual unknowns until trump's taped comments about women were released. >> the combustibility of the two major party candidates combined with just the overall volatility of the race. mean that is great things are possible for us that people don't expect. >> in the real clear politics average of polls, mcmullin is tied with clinton and not far behind trump. clinton is seizing the moment. >> more than anything i think in sending a message in this election to reject donald trump. >> clinton isn't a favorite either. she was trounsed by senator sanders in the kau sues. the salt lake tribune did endorse clinton writing trump's quote entire campaign was based on divisive, bigoted and insuting rhetoric. and the desert news urged trump to resign his candidacy. writing this is one of those rare moments where it's narcissism and despotism that infect the trump campaign. the paper is not backing clinton. saying the editorial should not be confused with a statement from its owners the mormon church, which does not get involved in partisan politics. >> you get a sense of tacit approval. they wouldn't publish this if that he didn't think it was o.k. >> mcmullin rejects the idea he's a spoiler for anyone. charging the g true spoiler. fox news. bring in merissa lynn. you have the early voting all across the nation. this is happening as we speak. >> 5.3 million americans have cast their vote. >> you look at the people voting as we speak on video. this is happening not just in florida but all across the nation and with this how many people are going to vote by election day? >> based on projections 40% of americans will have cast their vote before the actual election day on november 8th. >> makes it hard for the behind. conway said he's behind. with this you look at north carolina. romney won by the skin of hit his teeth in part he ran up the score in early voting. look at the numbers this time around and democrats are leading in overall votes in north carolina. changes in florida, as well. >> more than 108 thousand florida voters registered in the week after hurricane matthew back in october. earlier this month, i should say. so they extennesseeded the voter registration period by a vote. >> makes a difference in a state that decided an election by 537 votes a few years ago. leaders are watching this and there are concerns about republican leaderses they could lose the house and senate. start with the senate and perspective from mitch mcconnel. >> you have two nominees here we know for sure are unpopular. and so i think neither one of them can count on a barack boemgz 2008 landslide! senate majority leader mcconnel or democrated to ride in on the next president's coat tails. we'll have dog fight and familiar faces may be in trouble. for example, in arizona, mccain says he's in the toughest senate race of his career. >> i intend to go back to washington and i intend to get to work. >> while republicans currently hold the majority of seats, democrats have something working in their favor. democrats only have to defend ten seats this year. republicans have to defend 24. they'll take over the chamber. they are favorites in wi we and illinois and competitive in new hampshire, nevada, ohio, pennsylvania and florida. that's why gop leaders press rubio to run for reelection to improve their chances of holding that seat. >> i know people in politics don't like to admit they changed their mind. i changed my mind. >> rubio may have improved republicans chances beseeking reelection in florida. but the democrats countered and em proved their chances with a surprise in indiana. change we need. [cheering] >> eight years ago barack obama came close to picking indiana senator bye as he running mate. retiring after that but in a last minute decision he's running for senate again and is favored in the polls. and with that by could flip what we thought was a safe seat for the republicans in inn and shift the balance of power in washington. >> so if clinton does win the election, democrats need to gain four senate seats to take democrats think they already have a lock down on gaining two seats in two state, wisconsin and illinois. they only have to gain two other seats in the b seven other states listed in yellow in order to gain, >> with this you have florida. why are democrats pulling money out of florida? >> they are pulling money out of florida because they think they have it locked down in north carolina and missouri, as well. democrats think they are going pull money from florida. >> it's going to be close. this is why you have an inside track, perhaps, for the democrats this time around. look at the house races. the forecast right now shows republicans holding the house at 224-225 seats because you need 218 seats to control the chamber. right now the democrats held all of their seats and won the toss ups. they still don't quite get there. in florida we crunched the numbers. hold 14 seats and democrats at least 10 with three toss upped. a slight advantage for the republicans. we are a long way from finished. after we get passed the forecast phase we're digging into the investigative phase and looking at the integrity of the election. >> we're doing all we can. as i noted, you can never eliminate the threat. >> coming up the risk of qz zy6z y256qy yy6y gz z16fz everyone in town eats at jim's place like mike over there. we handle payroll deposits for his hardware store. or capt. tally. we helped finance the new equipment at his marina. and that's jim. we helped him add three more jim's places across the state. but today, i'm not here as their banker. i'm here for jim's pie. at synovus, we do business in a way others don't. because we live here, too. synovus. the bank of here. back now with merissa lynn and her army of one. she wears many hats around this place including producing our political coverage. she's joining me onset to help me work through some of the things we've been digging into for some length of time. including merissa, a closer look at voter fraud. >> we found some people are registered and voted in one we have found evidence of the this and we have been digging into the threat hackers can hack into the results. that's where we pick up the investigation tonight. >> the department of homeland security says hackers have tried to attack the voter registration rolls in 20 states. russian hackers are suspected of hitting illinois. grabbing upwards of two hundred thousand name and arizona this summer. in ohio secretary of state says vo be vulnerable. >> our voter registration system is connected to the internet. that does expose us to a potential cyber attack. >> he's taking measures to block any hacking. he says the states voter registration lists are backed up every night as a precaution. and is confidence voters will be protected. >> there's a potential for disruption but not a potential for chaos because of the backup systems we have in place and eliminate the threat. >> in the last presidential election, many states saw long line and delays of hours of polling places. sme fear if hacker get into the voter rolls this time they can make the problems worse by changing name, addresses and voters private information. >> it's a terrifying thought to think our system could be hacked. the greatest system in the world could be hacked. >> new york voter aston waited hours to says there was more confusion in the voter registration rolls when he showed up in april at her voting place for the presidential primary. she hope officials have the ability to safeguard the system by preventing any hack saying everyone's vote should be protected. >> we have to be prepared for it. we have to be organized about it. you shouldn't be turning anyone away. anyone who has a right to vote should be able to cast that hesitancy. >> she also says computerized election system should be expanded to make voting easier as well as foolproof. a spokesman for the new york state board of elections told us so far they don't believe they've been hacked but are blocking suspicious ip addresses that could be more hacking attempts. in new york, fox news. we have more investigations on our youtube channel. but i want to shift gears to the outrage of the month. if not the month or the year. you have the pentagon coming after national guardsman who fought f for enlistment bonuses for several years back to be paid back with interest and penalties. what's going on here? >> it's absolutely outrageous. soldiers have gone and lost limbs. they have lost friends. they went overseas to iraq and afghanistan, fought for our country an now based on a mistake that was made almost ten years ago, they are asking these soldiers to repay bonuses they received for enlisting when >> they caught it ten years later because this among other things is an agency that doesn't do an invenn toy because it's too big. hahs had trouble keeping track of money and questionable decision with regard to spending. buying a blimp and deciding you don't need it and sending it back for pennies on the dollar. there's increasing pressure for the pentagon. we have donald trump bearing down on the state with this donald trump is saying, he doesn't believe a lot of the poll numbers that we're showing. he's win, as he puts it, in the real polls w. this he's focusing among other things on the la times poll. which has shown donald trump tied or slightly ahead of hillary clinton from time to time. that is a poll that seems to survey or does survey the same pool of people over and over again. which can be a problem if you have a flawed sample. be on it. earlier we said the poll weres nauf brexit. maybe here. off on four points in brexit. with this hillary clinton is sitting in a more commanding position. >> six point lead in the national average. no nominee has every come back from that big of a lead late in the game. not looking good for donald trump. >> and that's why hillary clinton is bearing down on florida. as is donald trump. trump knows mathematically he needs house. hillary clinton is trying to deliver a knock out blow by trying to knock trump out of the game in florida. we have a long way to go. we're talking about changes impacting all of us for our next round of leaders in washington. coming up we'll show you dhangs going on right now in our nations capitol. >> we want two senators just like every other american. [cheering] >> coming up. port tampa bay has now become florida's largest and most diversified. which helps explain why it is one of dana young's top priorities. generating over 15 billion for the regional economy, and 80 thousand local jobs. dana young is working to continue that success, by attracting high waged jobs for families who need them and fighting a bureaucracy that too often gets in the way. dana young for the florida senate. so washington, d.c. could become our 51st state. it's on the ballot in the nations capitol. voters are weighing in. fox's lindsey watts shows us what's at stake. >> day one of d.c. early voting. >> we are encouraging everybody in washington to make crowd encouraging them to vote yes for d.c. state hood. >> we want two senators just like every other american. >> while widely supported in the district. >> i think it's long overdo. >> it's an uphill battle with congress having the final say. democrats need to win big for this to be reality. >> we're hopeful that we're not only going to win the white house with a person that supports state hood but both ho an easier process. >> later on saturday a quieter judiciary square. no more lines but a steady stream of voters including some picking a president for the first time. >> excited. like just to be a part of something. just to have my voice heard. >> kadesha may not the only one to tell us this is unforgettable. >> this is kra i si. >> i'm ready for the been. he's grateful to vote. >> that i haven't had the opportunity to before in my country. >> a citizen here now. after growing up in communism he knows the value of casting a ballot. >> it doesn't matter today or in the past. it's been a great experience. i grew up my life in a country we don't have lkss. so this is part of democracy and i really want to be part of this moment where you decide what you what president you really want and just contribute in this way to this country. >> so, as you heard, the polls, the voters in d.c. strongly support this idea of state hood. but they can't do this an oir own. it takes an act of congress. >> the jd for congress to weigh in. they are trying to pressure congress. it would take an act of congress and the president signing off. there was a similar push in 1993 that went nowhere. this maybe a tall lift but we could see changes. >> hillary clinton really strongly supports this issue and could be vocal advocate for this. >> thanks for helping me work through this. we have a lot of ground to cover. we're going to have fun on the other side. > coming up. tonights edition of something different. everything you need to know about life, you can learn from granola. let other people know what you're made of. always be real. don't be fake, don't be artificial, but always be sweet. and of course, wear sunscreen. nature valley granola bars. merissa. we talked act all the different hats you wear. one is to find something different for show here. you've done this is a few times. what are you dook up tonight? >> today we had a flash mop mob. not today. there's a flash mob in north carolina this past week. they were wearing pantsuit, which, of course, is what hillary clinton is known for wearing. i guess in support of her this is what they decided to do. they came up with something different. >> we may see more in the inauguration. that's our show. th for producing with us. we'll see you again tomorrow night. take care and have a good night. real-time closed captioning provided by u.s. captioning company. port tampa bay has now become florida's largest and most diversified. which helps explain why it is one of dana young's top priorities. generating over 15 billion for the regional economy, and 80 thousand local jobs. and fighting a bureaucracy that too often gets in the way. dana young for the florida senate. . >> hey, what's up? welcome to "dish nation." what's up, dallas? how y'all doing? >> good. >> is that head crack or porsche? >> this is porsche, but i'm still all right. when i say we have a good somehow for y'all, i mean we have a good show. >> really? >> first, i want to introduce you all to our special guest in the room. we have terry javon in the house. >> thank you. >> we also got da brat, phaedra parks. let's just take a moment of just
