president-elect has said he's open to dealing with cuba. let's start there but you keeps saying a better deal than one we currently have. so in fact he could refreeze our relations with cuba and fidel castro's death could certainly accelerate that that puts it spotlight because trump surrogates keep reminding him which our history with castro and how he betrayed our trust fidel castro came along he led a rebel yen, people fed up fight and swept castro into power in 1959. america was hopeful at the time. you may not believe what he he had said at the at the national press club in washington >> and morning low 62 degrees. we had a drier and refreshing northwest wind yesterday. and then today, as high pressure moves off the carolina coast, the winds do the big turn, they come in from the east, southeast and dew points come up we've had some rain. in fact if you're watching us in pretty impressive band of rain down by charlotte harbor. if this holds together, i'm talking about north port and venice, and inglewood in fact right off the coast you may experience a time of some moderate to heavy rain. this is just a group of showers moving up the coast. we'll watch that. around tampa bay. we had some light rain that produced m rainbows around tampa bay about an hour ago. now there's some left over light rain up by ridge manner and dade city. that's that's about it. so the only area of interest is south of tampa bay where there could be a spell of showers for time this evening. that's about it. watch out for patchy fog late tonight. temperatures are holding in the 60s and
